Watch: 13-Year-Old Asks Obama A BRUTAL 9-Word Question About Clock-Making Ahmed Mohamed
Thirteen-year-old CJ Pearson has one question after President Obama’s decision to invite 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed to the White House: “What is this world that you are living in?”
The president made the invitation after Mohamed was wrongfully arrested after bringing a homemade clock to school on Monday. School officials mistook it for a homemade bomb and called the police, who detained the teen for several hours, questioning him.
As reported by Western Journalism, an outpouring of support for Ahmed on social media followed. The hashtag #IStandWithAhmed became the top trending topic on Twitter on Wednesday. High profile invitations came from not only the president, but Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, MIT, Google and Twitter.
Pearson, who has created several viral videos on current topics, believes Obama’s priorities are out of whack.
“When Kate Steinle was gunned down by an illegal immigrant, you didn’t do anything,” he says in a video he posted on Wednesday. “You didn’t even call the family. You didn’t invite them to the White House. Is that OK? I don’t think so, Mr. President. And to go in further, Mr. President, when cops are being gunned down, you don’t invite their families to the White House. You never did. But when a Muslim kid builds a clock? Well, come on by…”
The teen continues:
What is this world that you are living in? When the shooting in Chattanooga happened, it took you longer to lower the flag to half-staff, then it took you to light the White House in rainbow colors after the SCOTUS decision legalizing gay marriage.
Mr. President, what are your priorities here? Because in all honesty, I think you’re being ignorant. I think you’re incompetent, and I don’t think you understand reality. The reality of the situation is that you don’t get invited to the White House for building a clock. I’m sorry, I hate to be harsh, but it’s the blatant truth. He’s a Muslim kid. He fits into your agenda, so you’re going to invite him. That’s great for you.
Pearson goes on to charge that because of Pres. Obama’s support for the Black Lives Matter movement, “Cops are being gunned down every day.” He closes by saying: “I’m sick and tired of it, and I believe the American people are too.”
