Preparation:

First, you need to cook your oats. Stir in 2 cups of fresh orange juice.

Add pineapple chunks, honey, almonds and cinnamon to your blender and process until smooth.

    other than a good tasting smoothing with high calories and sugar… what is the basis that it works for your ligaments and knees?
