Taking on Micromax, budget smartphone company Intex has launched its first ever 4G smartphone Aqua 4G+. Priced at Rs. 9,499, Aqua 4G+ features Android 5.0 Lollipop and support for 21 regional languages. The device will be available in black and white color variants, and is set to hit the shelves coming Friday.
Intex Aqua 4G+ has been equipped with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixel) display protected with Dragon Trail Glass. Under the hood, it has been powered by quad-core MediaTek MT6735 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.3GHz and 2GB of RAM. The primary camera of this device is a 13-megapixel shooter with autofocus capabilities, and secondary camera features with a 5 megapixel sensor capable of taking brilliant selfies. Inbuilt storage on board is 16 gigs, and is expandable up to 32 gigs via external microSD card.
Moreover, on the connectivity front, Aqua 4G+ features standard support with 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM Radio, and MicroUSB. It flaunts a decent look, weighs around 136 grams, and is backed by a long-lasting battery of 2,300mAh.

Intex has been targeting budget arena with a massive range of smartphones! Few days back, the company launched Aqua 3G Pro and 3G strong dual-sim smartphones for Rs. 3,666 and Rs. 3,333. Both smartphones featured brush metal finish and ran Android KitKat right out-of-the box.
