Popular smartphone maker Lava has launched the 4G variant of its famous budget beauty Iris X5. The upgraded smartphone packs Band 3 and Band 40 LTE connectivity, and will be hitting the shelves in icy white and royal black colors exclusively via Amazon. The price of this feature-packed phone has been kept at Rs. 10,750, and is currently available at a discounted price tag of Rs. 10,199.
In terms of specs, Lava Iris X5 4G flaunts a beautiful viewing experience with its 5-inch HD IPS display protected with Asahi Dragon Trail Glass and Oleo-phobic coating. It has been powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek (unspecified) chipset clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based Star OS interface, and gives an excellent photography experience with its 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front-facing snapper.
