An AGREEMENT between TWO or more persons to accomplish an UNLAWFUL PURPOSE with the INTENT to ACCOMPLISH that purpose. Many jurisdictions require an act IN FURTHERANCE OF the UNLAWFUL ACT. As we’ve learned this week on TV, MURDER can be ABANDONED AND MALIGNANT HEART MURDER, which is when the Defendant (OBAMA) acts with SUCH CAVALIER DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE and DEATH RESULTS. The Defendant (OBAMA) must REALIZE that his conduct is RISKY but not need have any intent regarding the OUTCOME of his actions. 

FINAL VERDICT SHOULD BE: GUILTY!

RECALL THE EVENTS LEADING UP TO BALTIMORE…

Anyone remember who’s been egging on this fight about race for some time now? Hmmm. We know ERIC HOLDER’S DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE GAVE FINANCIAL BACKING TO TRAYVON MARTIN RALLIES FIRST. Later, after the Michael Brown shooting took place, ERIC HOLDER AGAIN INSERTED HIMSELF AND SENT “COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS” TO HELP WITH THE RACE PROTESTS IN FERGUSON. ONE FERGUSON GANG LEADER EVEN CLAIMS HOLDER PAID HIM AND HIS GANG TO ACTUALLY START RIOTS. Do you remember who elevated a man as vile as Al Sharpton to the pedestal he now sits on as some ambassador to something or another for the White House? That would be Obama. When things started to get really HOT in Ferguson, we know VALERIE JARRETT WAS IN NON-STOP COMMUNICATION WITH THE GOVERNOR OF MISSOURI, and we know that despite the violence occurring, the National Guard was told to stand down. Last but not least, while emotions ran WHITE HOT in Ferguson, we know it was OBAMA WHO TOLD SHARPTON TO, “STAY THE COURSE,” and we saw how well that worked out.

How do we know the words “NOT GUILTY” will be read? The BLACK LETTER LAW makes it SO OBVIOUS there will NOT be any convictions. What is “RIGHT” or what is “WRONG” is irrelevant. Any crime has ELEMENTS that must be met in order to prove a prima facie case for the charges indicted upon. If ALL the elements aren’t met BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT, no conviction, GOT IT?

IJ Review reports :If there was any doubt that the move to file murder charges against 6 Baltimore officers for the death of Freddie Gray was a political one on behalf of the mayor and prosecutor, the truth has become quite clear after one epic rant from a man who thoroughly understands law.

Legendary attorney and Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz destroyed both Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby for their obvious miscarriage of justice in the rushed decision to file charges — a move that was based on crowd-control and political activism.

Dershowitz’s stance on this case is sure to come as a surprise to many, as he is a “self-avowed liberal democrat who was very vocal over the perceived civil rights violations surrounding the George Zimmerman case,” according to IJ Review.

Although many may not agree with Dershowitz’s liberal Democrat political views, one thing he is versed on is the law, and his critique of this case and the rushed decision to prosecute should weigh heavy on those forming an opinion on the charges brought against the Baltimore officers.

While the word “justice” was thrown around repeatedly when the charges were announced, Dershowitz was quick to point out constitutional flaws in the mayor’s representation of so-called justice, which was nothing more than crowd-control.

Today had nothing to do with justice; today was crowd-control. Everything was motivated by a threat of riots and a desire to prevent riots.

The Mayor–outrageously–said we’re gonna get justice for the victims and the families and the people of Baltimore; never mentioning the defendants. Under our Constitution, the only people who are entitled to justice are the defendants. They are presumed innocent; they need due process of law.

The Mayor and the state attorney have made it virtually impossible for these defendants to get a fair trial.

They have been presumed guilty … some in the crowd said the only reason we got these indictments is because we rioted. They may very well be right …

There is an incompatibility between crowd-control and justice … you cannot allow police officers or any other defendants to become scapegoats for crowds who are demanding a continuation of rioting …

Dershowitz then went on to explain how the charges themselves are virtually implausible.

The other thing that makes me concerned is of course the fact that they were charged with murder. There is no plausible, hypothetical, conceivable case for murder under the facts that we now know them …conceivably there’s a case for manslaughter … Nobody wanted this guy to die, nobody set out to kill him, nobody intentionally murdered him… The worst case scenario is a  case for involuntary manslaughter or some kind of reckless disregard …

In a blunt summation of his feelings on the trial, Dershowitz concluded, “This is a show trial; this is designed to please the crowd; this is designed to lower the temperature. This is all admirable, but it has nothing to do with justice.”

What the mayor and prosecutor have done with this case will bring about the worst possible outcome for everyone involved and for our nation. A rushed decision is not fair to the officers or Freddie Gray’s loved ones. While the “leaders” may have thrown water on the flames briefly, the smoldering mess left behind is sure to re-ignite.

After basically promising the rioters that they would see the justice they seek — punishment of the officers allegedly responsible for Gray’s death — what will happen when she can’t deliver because she prematurely reacted to the emotional crowd rather than rationally following the law?

Anyone interested in justice should not support these erroneous charges or the way the case is being carried out. Where is the mention of innocent until proven guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt, and due process of law? These officers were tried by a lynch mob of angry rioters, facilitated by the mayor and Attorney Mosby. This is a sad time for our justice system, and it will surely stoke the fire of racial divide.

The riots to come, following the only logical verdict, as a result of the hasty political move by Mosby and Rawlings-Blake will make what happened last week look mild. This prosecutor and mayor need removed before Baltimore and our nation are irreparably destroyed by their careless actions.

PLEASE START PAYING ATTENTION!

If you do nothing else, PAY ATTENTION to the liberal media outlets and see if the reporters aren’t almost EGGING ON [COUGH, AL SHARPTON, COUGH], more violence with comments like, “Wow, can you believe how much the violence has dissipated? I thought for sure it would still be raging on!” Also, begin taking note of the role the “Reverend” Al Sharpton plays moving forward. As the ambassador to the President on race (or whatever the hell his title is), it will be important to note if he is going to be working towards peace, or getting people all worked up. If I had to guess, the race baiters will be promising everyone “JUSTICE” when they know damn well there is ZERO CHANCE for their definition of “JUSTICE.”

WHY DO THAT?

Because even if the administration has to wait until the VERDICT ARE READ and the officers are ACQUITTED for a number of the charges, at THAT point the VIOLENCE & RIOTING NATIONWIDE will escalate to such a point that government will make it sound like the second coming of Christ is about the only thing that is going to deescalate the situation, other than MARTIAL LAW of course, which the MILITARY JUST HAPPENS TO BE TRAINING FOR in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act RIGHT NOW! Once the mass violence erupts… 

THEN COMES MARTIAL LAW!

If enough of these protests are held where people are yelling profanity at the police, spitting in their faces, etc., then eventually something is going to erupt and get out hand. Picture the police against the citizens, citizens against the police, blacks against whites, whites against blacks… It COULD QUICKLY BECOME TOTAL CHAOS, and Overlord Barry can sit back and watch from his ivory tower and let us slaughter each other, or bring in the military to do it for him using MARTIAL LAW.

Maybe His Highness’s Ass will opt for a combination strategy? Why not right? He could let “We the People” duke it out amongst ourselves long enough until we’ve killed off enough of one another, and then it would only require a much smaller number of U.S. and International soldiers to come in and confiscate any remaining firearms. At present, THERE ARE ALREADY WELL OVER 500,000 INTERNATIONAL TROOPS ON U.S. SOIL. See the links below. Whatever the soldiers cannot handle, Obama’s armed to the teeth federal agencies with their 12 BILLION HOLLOW POINT BULLETS should be able to assist with wrapping up.

HE’S DONE IT BEFORE, HE’LL DO IT AGAIN!

LIKE FERGUSON, TEAM OBAMA IS ORCHESTRATING THE BALTIMORE CHAOS

On Saturday night, the city of Baltimore resembled a warzone as protests over the death of Freddie Gray turned wildly violent.  One eyewitness reported watching the streets around him and his friend “turn into madness” as they left a baseball game between the Boston Red Sox and the Baltimore Orioles.  Car windows were smashed, stores were robbed, chairs were thrown and large numbers of random bystanders were attacked.  One prominent Democrat claims that those committing the violence were “mainly from out of town“, but how would he know that?  Today, there are approximately 2.7 million people living in the Baltimore metropolitan area.  It is an area that has been known for poverty, crime and drugs for many years, and as racial tensions continue to increase in this country it is a powder keg that could erupt at literally any time. 

On Saturday, April 11th, I delivered a presentation down in Dallas, Texas in which I warned about the rioting and civil unrest that are soon coming to this nation.  On slide number 145 of the presentation, I specifically named the city of Baltimore as one of the cities where this would happen.  But I had no idea that the rioting in Baltimore would begin so quickly.  And the violence that we saw on Saturday night was at a level that was quite shocking.  The following is how the Daily Mail described some of the chaos that ensued…

Local news captured live footage of a man throwing a flaming trash can at the police line.

A group of roughly 100 protesters broke out a window of a department store with a chair they got at a restaurant across the street at The Gallery, a downtown shopping mall.

The same group broke the windows of restaurants including a Subway sandwich shop near Camden Yards, tossing chairs and tables through the glass.

Protesters also engaged with a group of Orioles fans at Slider’s Bar and Grille and began fighting with patrons.

THIS KIND OF THING IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN IN AMERICA…

BUT IT IS HAPPENING!

FERGUSON SET THE PRECEDENT, AND NOW THIS IS GOING TO SPREAD ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!

ARE YOU STARTING TO GET THE PICTURE?

Things were so bad outside of the stadium where the Baltimore Orioles play that some of the Orioles actually thought about spending the night inside the clubhouse.

One of the things that is being ignored by many in the mainstream media is that fact that one of the key organizers of the Baltimore protests is a former national chairman of the New Black Panther Party named Malik Shabazz.  These days, he is the president of an organization known as “Black Lawyers for Justice”, but he is definitely still up to his old tricks.  The following is an excerpt from an article about the Baltimore riots in the New York Times…

There, Malik Shabazz, president of Black Lawyers for Justice, a Washington, D.C.-based group that called for the demonstration and advertised it on social media, told the crowd that he would release them in an hour, adding: “Shut it down if you want to! Shut it down!”

Mr. Shabazz said in a later interview that his rhetoric was intended only to encourage civil disobedience — not violence — but added that he was “not surprised” by the scattered angry outbursts because people here “haven’t received justice.”

If you are marching for “justice”, you don’t throw objects at random bystanders, loot stores or attack vehicles that are just driving through the area.  But all of those things happened on Saturday night.  The following is how an eyewitness described one of the most harrowing attacks…

The crowd of protesters then stopped a blue station wagon carrying a white family as they tried to drive past Pickles, Bullpen and Sliders along a narrow one-way stretch between the bars and the main road. As a horde of them smashed their open and closed fists on the hood of the car—while impeding them by standing in front of them—the driver backed up on the one way pass in a desperate attempt to get out of dodge. Then, stopped on the other side with nowhere to go, protesters ripped open the passenger door of the car and began reaching around inside the vehicle. As hundreds of people looked on, including several police officers who didn’t engage the violent protesters, the white woman in the front seat—middle-aged and a little heavyset with dark hair—was visibly terrified. The group of black men who ripped open the car door suddenly realized they were separated from the larger group of protesters and abandoned their quest to seemingly either carjack the station wagon or rob the people inside in front of hundreds, driving out of the one-way street back onto the main road and presumably out of dodge

Of course all of this did not just erupt out of a vacuum.  Racial tensions on all sides have been stirred up by the mainstream media, by our politicians, and by other prominent national leaders for years.  At this point, even pastors are inflaming the tensions…

Activist Jamal Bryant, pastor of Empowerment Temple AME Church, told his congregation Sunday that “somebody is going to have to pay” for Gray’s death, the Associated Press reported.

If “you’re black in America, your life is always under threat,” Bryant said.

Why can’t we all just learn to love one another, forgive one another, and peacefully come up with some solutions that are going to work for all of us?

Sadly, all of this hate and anger is just another sign of the social decay that is eating away at the foundations of our society like a cancer.

And if people are willing to act like this when our economy is still relatively stable and things are still relatively good in this nation, what are they going to do when they don’t have any money in their pockets and they don’t know where their next meal is going to come from?

WHAT WE WITNESSED IN BALTIMORE ON SATURDAY IS JUST THE BEGINNING!

MUCH WORSE IS COMING, AND EVENTUALLY WE ARE GOING TO SEE TREMENDOUS CIVIL UNREST AND RIOTING ALL OVER THIS NATION.

WHAT IS COMING WAS MANUFACTURED!

MARTIAL LAW IS COMING!

Are you ready for rioting, looting and mindless violence in major U.S. cities all summer long?  According to a brand new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, 96 percent of all Americans believe that there will be more civil unrest in America this summer.  That leaves only 4 percent of people that believe that everything will be just fine.  In this day and age, it is virtually impossible to get 96 percent of Americans to agree on anything.  So the fact that just about everyone agrees that we are going to see more civil unrest should really tell you something.  The anger that has been building under the surface for so many years in this country has finally started to erupt.  If you have been following my website for a while, you know that this is something that I have been warning about for a very long time.  Many people may have thought that I was exaggerating when I talked about the civil unrest that was coming to American cities.  But I was not exaggerating at all.  In fact, if anything I was downplaying it.  In the years to come, we are going to see things happen in our cities that are going to absolutely shock the world.

Ever since the violence first erupted in Baltimore, what has surprised me more than anything has been the level of hate that I am seeing all over the Internet.  I am seeing white people openly proclaim how much they hate black people.  I am seeing black people openly proclaim how much they hate white people.  I am seeing things said about the police that are absolutely horrifying.  Yes, there has been a tremendous amount of police brutality in this nation.  In fact, I have been one of the leaders in writing about it.  But most police officers are just trying to serve their communities the very best that they can.  So why is there so much hate for anyone that is a police officer these days?

If all of this hate continues to grow, it is going to eat our nation alive.  Why can’t we just learn to forgive one another, love one another and work together to rebuild our once great nation?

I know that what I just said is going to mostly fall on deaf ears.  But it needs to be said.

I wish that we could change course as a nation and avoid all of the rioting, looting and senseless violence that is coming.  Unfortunately, I don’t see that happening, and neither does the rest of the country…

Americans are bracing for a summer of racial disturbances around the country, such as those that have wracked Baltimore, with African Americans and whites deeply divided about why the urban violence has occurred, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll has found.

A resounding 96% of adults surveyed said it was likely there would be additional racial disturbances this summer, a signal that Americans believe Baltimore’s recent problems aren’t a local phenomenon but instead are symptomatic of broader national problems.

What happened in Ferguson set the precedent, and now what has happened in Baltimore has provided the spark for a national movement.  Similar “demonstrations” are popping up all over the nation, and a number of them have already turned violent.

For example, check out what happened in Seattle on Friday night…

Demonstrations turned violent in Seattle after night fell, with police reporting that protesters hurled rocks and wrenches at officers and damaged 25 vehicles. Police reported that an “explosive device” was thrown at officers, and a trash bin was pushed down a hill toward police.

Three officers were injured, two seriously enough that they were taken to a hospital, Seattle police said on Twitter. At least 16 people were arrested Friday night, police said.

And just down the coast in Portland, we also witnessed some very ugly violence…

One Portland, Oregon, police officer was injured by a protester, according to police. Portland Police reported on Twitter that protesters were throwing “projectiles” and “incendiary devices” at officers.

Police used pepper spray on protesters who tried to march on a bridge Friday afternoon and later sheriff’s deputies used stingballs, filled with tiny rubber balls, on protesters who were throwing chairs at police, according to the department.

These protesters are just copying what they saw in Baltimore.  And things would not have ever gotten so bad in Baltimore if the police had not been ordered to stand down and let the riots spiral out of control.  Now, we have learned that many police officers were so outraged by this that they want Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake to immediately resign…

During a Baltimore-based radio talk show on Thursday, a man who identified himself as a Baltimore police officer named “Jeff” called into the program and said fellow police officers were organizing to push out the city’s mayor.

“There is right now over 50 of us officers who are immediately asking for [Baltimore Mayor] Stephanie Rawlings-Blake to step down for what she did to us Monday,” the caller told WBAL radio host Derek Hunter.

The Baltimore mayor has denied giving “stand down” orders and blamed the media for misinterpreting her comments about providing “a space” for protesters to loot.

“Any other time in my career, if somebody were to throw a brick or a block at me, we would take immediate actions to pull our weapons on them. Numerous times on Monday when our officers were being injured, our commanders are telling us ‘stand down, stand down.’  You had no idea what it did to us as police officers to sit there,” said the self-described “21-year veteran” of the Baltimore police department.

Scenes of protesters attacking police were broadcast all over the nation, and it was inevitable that we would start to see “copycat attacks” against the police start to happen.  In New York City, a plainclothes police officer was shot in the head on Saturday…

A plainclothes New York City police officer was shot in the head and critically injured while in an unmarked police car Saturday as he and his partner attempted to stop and question a man they suspected of carrying a gun, officials said.

Officer Brian Moore and his partner, Erik Jansen, noticed Demitrius Blackwell “walking and adjusting an object in his waistband” when they pulled up on him in their car, exchanging words with him before he turned and suddenly fired at least two rounds into the car, police Commissioner William Bratton said.

“The man immediately removed the firearm from his waistband and turned in the direction of the officers and deliberately fired several times at the vehicle, striking Officer Moore in the head,” Bratton said at a press conference at a Queens hospital. The 25-year-old Moore was undergoing surgery but listed in stable condition

We are seeing the same thing when it comes to racially-motivated violence.  This is something that we witnessed in Baltimore, and now all over the nation people are being attacked just because of the color of their skin.

For instance, one young man in California attacked a random passerby with a baseball bat…

A Fontana man accused of beating a passerby with a bat in an apparently random attack in Rialto, leaving the victim with life-threatening injuries that he was not expected to survive, was charged Wednesday with attempted murder allegedly committed as a hate crime.

Jeremiah Ajani Bell, 22, was arrested Monday, a day after a daylight assault on 54-year-old Armando Barron, who was walking down the street when he was attacked.

So why did this happen?  Well, apparently it was because the passerby had the wrong skin color…

“It appears he was targeting anybody who wasn’t black,” Rialto police Detective Sgt. Paul Stella said Wednesday.

We witnessed an even more disturbing example of racially-motivated violence just the other day in South Carolina…

Witnesses and police say a mob of 60 black teens took to the streets of Charleston, South Carolina, to unleash attacks on unsuspecting drivers and pedestrians, all but one of whom were white.

And of course police in some areas of the country are also using unnecessary violence.  Just consider what happened to a group of peaceful protesters in Denver on Wednesday…

With much of the nation focused on the police abuse protests happening in Baltimore and New York City, the Denver police and their actions against a group of protesters on Wednesday has largely gone unnoticed.

But police were dressed for war. Paramilitary style. And they weren’t going home without using a few cans of pepper spray and filling up a paddy wagon.

Video that surfaced shows a group of about 100 protesters walking the streets of downtown Denver where they were met with line of motorcycle cops who forced the group on to the sidewalk.  One overzealous officer can be seen breaking away from the pack chasing down pedestrians, using his motorcycle as a large weapon.

It’s war on the streets of America, and this is only just the beginning.

As we enter the next major economic downturn, people are going to become angrier and even more desperate.  And desperate people do desperate things.  The next few years are not going to be a good time to be living in urban areas.  Even if you only have peace and love in your heart, that doesn’t mean that you won’t get caught in the crossfire as the violence escalates
