NSA Tech Director Makes Shocking Revelation: US Is a Totalitarian State (Video)
While Obama weighs his next unconstitutional move on a completely Pathologically Fictional Narrative About Guns, there are some that still think Obama’s intentions are honest. Am I the only one who remembers when ‘Fake’ Cell Phone Towers Were Found All Across America Spying on Americans While Obama Dismissed ISIS as the “JV Team?” Obama himself is a paranoid narcissist, while Obama supporters obviously suffer from an incurable case of Cognitive Dissonance. In a previous post titled Conspiracy Theorist Arrested, I talked about Cognitive Dissonance:

It’s understandable why Obama continues to violate the Constitution at will. He is a rabid ideologue, and lucky for him, there is no one standing up to him. We are entering a TERRIFYING point in both World and American History, and as a very scary future unfolds, every aspect of the Bill of Rights is under full on assault by unconstitutional programs like Net Neutrality, The TransPacific Partnership, Illegal Amnesty, and Obama’s latest attempt for a gun grab. What people HAVE to understand, is Obama’s Hatred of Guns Goes Back Decades, and as the former NSA Tech Director says below, the U.S. has become a Totalitarian State.
SIMPLE FACT: If Obama gave a rip about children injured by guns, he’d be focused on what is going on in his home town of Chicago. Biography of William Binney:
William Binney is a former highly placed intelligence official with the United States National Security Agency (NSA) turned whistleblower who resigned on October 31, 2001, after more than 30 years with the agency. He was a high-profile critic of his former employers during the George W. Bush administration. Binney continues to speak out during Barack Obama‘s presidency about the NSA’s data collection policies, and continues interviews in the media regarding his experiences and his views on communication intercepts by governmental agencies of American citizens. In a legal case, Binney has testified in an affidavit that the NSA is in deliberate violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Obama Weighs White House Moves on Gun Control
As President Obama heads to Roseburg, Oregon for closed-door visits with families of the victims of last week’s shootings at Umpqua Community College, the White House is considering wading once more into the politically-fraught issue of gun control.
The administration is reconsidering a major gun control proposal that would establish new guidelines for who is legally defined as a licensed gun dealer and therefore required to conduct background checks on potential buyers, administration officials tell NBC News. The proposal would define anyone that sells more than a certain number of guns each year “in the business” of selling guns and therefore subject to laws for gun dealers.
According to sources, the administration has considered 50 or 100 guns a year as the threshold to trigger these requirements, although they have not formally settled on a number.
“This is a super-complicated policy,” said one administration official who was familiar with the idea.
In the wake of the deadly Oregon shooting in which nine people were killed and nine others were injured, the president pledged to have staff “scrub” existing gun laws in search of ways to push for reform. The president has often expressed frustration that political opposition has gotten in the way of gun control provisions.
Administration officials considered this executive order in 2013, after a bill requiring background checks for almost all gun sales failed to pass in the Senate. They ultimately opted against it, wary of both the complexity of defining who is a gun dealer and potential lawsuits arguing the executive order was illegal.
But they are reconsidering issuing such an order as part of a broader review of gun policy in the wake of the mass shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon.
The idea drew renewed attention when Hillary Clinton, a 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, said she would take such an executive action if elected. Everytown for Gun Safety, the Michael Bloomberg-funded gun control group, also called for Obama to adopt this policy.
“These sellers are selling hundreds of thousands of guns without background checks,” said Adam Skaggs, senior counsel for Everytown.
The National Rifle Association blasted this idea.
There is little national data on gun purchases, so it’s not clear how many gun sales this would affect.
But gun control advocates say they are worried a growing number of weapons are sold outside the background check process, either online or at gun shows.
Some advocates of this executive order say it would actually expand the number of background checks more than the unsuccessful 2013 bill, which had a number of exemptions.
Obama aides have not given a timetable on when or if the president will determine if he wants to adopt this proposal. Obama has already used his executive authority repeatedly over the last two years to implement his policies, particularly on immigration.
However, Obama’s executive order to legalize millions of undocumented immigrants remains in a protracted court battle, and administration officials say this gun provision, if implemented, would likely be challenged by conservatives in courts.
But gun control advocates say Obama long ago should have issued the executive order and that he has bowed to political, not legal, considerations in not taking action. According to sources, some senior officials at both the White House and Department of Justice, including then-Attorney General Eric Holder, had argued the executive action was legal and proper when it was being considered.
Many of the key Senate races in 2014 were in pro-gun states like Alaska and Arkansas.
“I think there was a lot of pressure on the White House to let this go for a while,” said one gun control advocate, who is working with Obama administration officials on gun policy and did not want to criticize them publicly.
“Now, in his last 16 months, he can do this,” he added.

Article II (Presidential Powes)
Section 1.
The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected, as follows:
Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector.
The Congress may determine the time of choosing the electors, and the day on which they shall give their votes; which day shall be the same throughout the United States.
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
The President shall, at stated times, receive for his services, a compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that period any other emolument from the United States, or any of them.
Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:–”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Section 2.
The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.
He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law: but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.
The President shall have power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next session.
Section 3.
He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.
Section 4.
The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

We need to see this issue from a much bigger perspective. Why do those people so eager to have the American population disarmed, those people within and outside of our country, think so many U.S. citizens resist this disarmament push? It’s a matter of trust. In Europe, most people trust their government. They trust them to take care of them provide good schools and social services and not to harm them. They trust them to tell them the truth. Not so here. Our mainstream news rarely tells us anything of true importance.
Do we really want to give up our right (Which means giving up the MEANS) to self defense? Do we trust our government to protect us and not mass-murder us? (Check out “Democide” in a search. 240,000,000 plus in the 20th century!) Anyone who has done a few evenings of research knows elements of our government were behind 9/11, and that the fluoride put in our water is a poison, put there to purposely keep us sick, weak and feeble minded. Are we going to give this corrupt group a total monopoly on force??? How many of these “mass shootings” have “they” instigated? How many people have even looked behind the curtain here? I would think long and hard before putting ourselves at the complete mercy of these people! Also- In this changing world, where all of our systems are unsustainable, can you state that you will NEVER need to defend your family? Self defense is a right that if you give it up when you don’t need it, you won’t have it when you do!
