DOJ and FBI “Super Pissed Off” at Obama Now (Video)
As I explained in the post titled, Former House Majority Leader: The FBI is Finally Ready to Indict Hillary NOW, according to former Speaker of the House, Tom DeLay, his sources inside the FBI say the FBI is ready to indict Hillary Rodham Clinton RIGHT NOW on charges involving her private server. They don’t need more time to build a case, they’re done. They’ve got her dead to rights.
The former Speaker also said that if Loretta Lynch refuses to indict Clinton, based on the ridiculously overwhelming amount of evidence that has been amassed, the FBI has said they will go public with all the information. If we are to believe that the FBI would really do that, and more importantly if Loretta Lynch believes they, she’d be a fool not to indict Clinton, because there is no way she’d survive the remainder of her term.
Despite what we’ve heard from multiple sources about the investigation within the FBI, guess what type of fiction Josh “Not so Earnest” was peddling yesterday at a White House press conference? He had the nerve to say that Hillary Clinton wasn’t even being investigated. Multiple sources close to the investigation have confirmed there are over 150 agents on the investigation!
Recall that just a week or so ago, there were discussions about Obama’s State Department Attempting to Rig the Iowa and New Hampshire Elections for Hillary, because of their refusal to provide court ordered documents that they’ve known about since MAY, blaming their inability to provide the documents on time because of the blizzard last week. A snowstorm that closed the city for two days set back their document gathering by weeks? Give me a break. Now this? You have GOT to be kidding me. Here we go again with election fraud.

Let’s forget about Hillary here for a second… and try to figure out what possible reason Josh Earnest or the White House could have for saying something so ridiculous? I submit to you that it depends on if Josh Earnest’s comments were a one time thing, or if what was said suddenly becomes a narrative we begin hearing consistently from the White House in coming days.
If the White House continues to “peddle that line of fiction,” then they know damn well that they are intentionally setting the expectation for Hillary’s supporters that there will be no charges. Does anyone recall what happened with Democrats in previous criminal investigations where an expected outcome was paraded through the media, and then the reality of the situation didn’t follow the narrative that was promised?
Does Ferguson or Baltimore ring a bell? Watch the Obama administration try to side-step prosecution of Hillary claiming they don’t want to risk riots in every city. That would be the ONLY reason I could picture the agents involved being willing to step down and not say anything, because if they did still go public with their findings absent an indictment and there were riots, they would get the blame in the media, and likely lose their careers.
Even worse, what if causing rioting is the intent? What if the plan is to make everyone think there will be no indictment of Hillary, and then at the last minute, Loretta Lynch throws the book at her, deliberately causing a major uprising or riots? Don’t forget that just last week, it was Republicans in the Senate that drafted legislation to declare Martial Law, making Obama dictator! No matter what the intent of Josh Earnest’s bold faced lie, best I can tell he’s violated the following statute:
18 U.S.C. §610 Coercion of political activity:
It shall be unlawful for any person to INTIMIDATE, threaten, command, or COERCE, or ATTEMPT to INTIMIDATE, threaten, command, or COERCE, any employee of the Federal Government as defined in section 7322(1) of title 5, United States Code, to engage in, or not to engage in, any political activity, including, but not limited to, voting or refusing to vote for any candidate or measure in any election, making or refusing to make any political contribution, or working or refusing to work on behalf of any candidate. Any person who violates this section shall be FINED under this title or IMPRISONED not more than THREE YEARS, or BOTH.

On Friday White Press Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters some officials at the FBI have say Hillary Clinton is not a target of the current investigation.
These latest comments by the Obama White House reportedly have FBI and Justice Department officials “Super Pissed Off.”

That statement by Josh Earnest has got the back up of our contacts at the FBI and Justice Department for two reasons… They are “SUPER PISSED OFF” to use a technical term. Number one, Josh Earnest has absolutely no clearance or visibility in the FBI investigation. Number two, they say it really seems part of a troubling pattern from the White House because the president earlier said he did not see any national security implications to the Clinton emails and then we found out he had never been briefed.

The FBI does not have the power to indict. That would be the grand jury. The FBI can file charges for screening, at which point the case will be turned down. Hillary will walk. It is up to the electorate to take it over from there.
