Witness Statement: I saw a small, white object travelling quickly in NNE direction. I watched it for about 5 seconds before it flashed twice and vanished. At first I thought it was a soaring seagull, but they don’t flash or disappear and it was too short and squat to be a commercial plane. It is difficult to guess the altitude, but 8 – 9000 feet? I spend a lot of time looking at planes, but I have never seen anything like this before.
