I had seen Radoslaw Sikorski’s selfie video that he had made while driving by the ‘carnage on the bridge’ just seconds after the ‘terror car’ had ‘mowed’ down up to 40 people on the Bridge of Death.
But, I had failed to notice the Yellow Road Sign that had been placed on the bridge to warn traffic of upcoming lane changes.
He reports to BBC News that he witnessed at least five people hit by the car.
