According to reports, international smartphone giant LG has announced the official price of its latest flagship smartphone. Last week, pre-order service was initiated for LG G4, and now, its official price has also been revealed by the company. The official LG website says that the dual sim variant of the smartphone is priced for Rs. 51,500, and will be rolling out on 19th of this month.
Few lucky winners who have pre-booked LG G4 before 15th of June will be getting a chance to receive the phone from LG’s brand ambassador and legendary Bollywood actor Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, and will also get added accessories including a metallic Finnish phone cover worth ₹2,000, and extra battery with cradle worth ₹3,500. LG also packs a one-time voucher of ₹6,500 for screen replacement.
On the specifications front, LG G4 sports a quad-HD IPS quantum display of 5.5-inches and has been powered by 3GB of RAM and Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at a speed of 1.8GHz. The inbuilt storage packed with this device is 32 gigs and is expandable up to 2TB via external microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 5.1 out-of-the box with LG Optimus UX 4.0 UI, and packs high-end camera specifications with a 16MP rear shooter with f/1.8 lens, and 8MP front-facing snapper with f/2.0 lens. Several apps come pre-installed on this device, and users will also get additional 100GB storage from Google Drive for a period of 2 years.
The dual sim LG G4 packs ideal support with LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/EDGE, NFC, microUSB and infrared connectivity. It’s backed by a long-lasting battery of 3000mAh, and will roll in Grey, White, Gold, Leather Brown, Leather Black, and Leather Red color variants.
Moreover, it’s also essential to mention that online retailer Infibeam has also been selling this smartphone at a slightly lower price point of Rs. 49,999.
