Budget smartphone manufacturer Intex has improved its 4G portfolio with a new member dubbed as, Aqua Turbo 4G. Following Aqua 4G+, Aqua Trend, and Cloud 4G Star, the new LTE device offers a nice package at a tempting price tag. It has been launched at Rs. 7,444, and is set to hit via online as offline retail channels.
The new Intex Aqua Turbo 4G features brilliant browsing experience, but its biggest highlight is mammoth power support from its 3000mAh Li-ion battery. This handset packs extreme power right-out-of-the box, and looks good enough to hold sufficient juice throughout the day.
In terms of specs, Aqua 4G Turbo flaunts a beautiful 5-inch HD display, and powers up by a MediaTek MT6735 processor with four cores clocked at 1GHz, paired with 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop right-out-of-the box, and has been equipped with 8GB of internal memory, further expandable up to 32GB via micro-SD card.
The camera setup of this device includes a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front-facing snapper. It looks good enough to give decent photography experience, and is further enriched by a bunch of connectivity options such as, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, Bluetooth, 3G HSPA+, GRPS/EDGE, 4G, and micro-USB 2.0. The handset also packs a 3.5mm audio jack for plugging in external headphones or earphones.
Along with standard connectivity options, Intex Aqua Turbo 4G also includes HotKnot File Transfer technology, which works just like near field communications or NFC technology. Aqua Turbo 4G features a decent design language, measures 144.5×72.5×8.9mm and weighs just around 150 grams on paper. It packs a real punch and, goes straight against the likes of Redmi 2 and other budget phones rolling in the market.
In a nutshell, Intex Aqua Turbo 4G looks like a great deal for budget users. This handset packs sufficient juice for non-stop work and play, and can certainly keep you connected on 4G for long-hours. With the latest version of Android and enhanced battery capabilities, it stays right on the mark and delivers top-notch performance without any glitches.
Earlier this week, the company launched another budget phone, Aqua 3G Neo with Android KitKat at an enticing price of Rs. 3,690.
