Not convinced David. This Ammon Bundy, is cut from a different cloth. He is being watched over and I don’t mean by the militia. Cloth being the key Word.
PATRIOTS AND FREEDOM LOVING AMERICANS – KNOW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17, of the U.S. Constitution – Provides 10 square miles around Washington D.C. which can be owned by the Federal Government, aka – the District of Columbia. This article also states that Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, Dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings can be controlled by the Federal Government, but only with the permission of the Sovereign State in which they are located.
Knowing this, one knows the BLM has no authority to OWN, MANAGE, or RESTRICT millions of acres in the Western States and stop private ownership of those lands. It is also known that this clause removes any restrictions, other than from the sovereign state itself, of mining, logging, ranching or any other public or private uses of the land which is approved by the Sovereign state. Knowing this, one knows the BLM cannot setup and mark Wilderness Study Areas that keep persons out of an area, they cannot designate roads to be off limits or designate the types of mobility allowed to use those roads, and they cannot close, gate, lock, or restrict access in any way to public lands. These BLM lands are under the control and supervision of the Sovereign States they are a part of and not the Federal Government.
