Stewart Rhodes is a two timing double crossing lawyer who serves the BAR under Maritime Admiralty Law and does not stand for the law of the land for which the Constitution stands.

Stewart Rhodes has no business giving orders to put boots on the ground whatsoever, period. Stewart Rhodes and the fraudulent Oathkeepers are a big problem for the patriot community.  It’s time to dissolve this corrupt organization and hold them accountable for attempting to infiltrate militia groups across America.  Be careful of traitors among us and watch your six.

Clip from Bundy Ranch exposing Stewart Rhodes and Oathkeepers as provocateurs:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wXHdtPDpNY

“Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Judge William E. Miller Prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale’s History Department, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is now writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people (with partial support from a modest but gracious grant from Yale Law School). After law school he clerked for the Arizona Supreme Court and then served as a small town Montana criminal defense (including contract public defender) and general practice lawyer. He has served in a pro bono capacity on several gun rights cases before federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.”

Mr. Rhodes should also beware that on, “June 19, 2014 the organic American states of the Union.  Also known as The United States of America exercising plenary civil power upon the land – issued Orders to all Members of the domestic Police Forces, US Marshals Service, the Provost Marshal, members of the American Bar Association, and the American Armed Services; and Appointed General Carter F. Ham to lead and command The Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) and its successors under the guidance of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and with their full support.”

    Hear, Hear!

  • Stewert, and all the others distancing themselves will, a year from now, find that they were on the wrong side of this. You don’t have to agree with what these guys have done, but they have brought this into the public eye. The more the public learns, the more they will see why these guys did what they did. And, a year from now, this story will be out and disected, and it’s going to be more about government abuse.

Everyone has an oportunity to stop talking about Ammon and crew, and start talking about the BLM, and fedgov abuse! Seriously they are trampling the constitution! Why aren’t people more fired up about that! What’s more, it’s better that they don’t say anything, because everyone siding against them gives the feds more impetus to go all in!

  • Go watch the sheriff Mack interview, and see why you are on the wrong side of this!

  • Honestly, I am reaching the conclusion that Stewart’s position is slanted by bitterness for what happenned at Bundy ranch!
