According to Sallah Abdeslam the ‘clash of civilizations’ is scheduled to begin in 2016. He says that in Germany alone there are 18,000 terrorist cells waiting to commit untold catastrophe in Europe. He also says that nuclear bombs will be launched in United States, Germany, France and Russia.

Actually, Sallah Abdeslam (the author of the letter) was born in Belgium from Islamic parents and peoples from Belgium tend to be bilingual since the country itself is split into the French speaking half (south: Wallonië) and the Dutch speaking half (north: Flemish). There is also such a large German population in Belgium, that it has it’s own section of the government. Additionally, smaller countries tend to have a better natural grasp on the English language due to media and their inability to dub programs.
