Will Hillary’s Persistent Nystagmus Be Caught On Film During Debate? (Videos)
In the following video, provided by the Next News Network, Hillary Clinton’s health is under a microscope, and now more than ever before. Key observers have uncovered two new major new indicators that back up Dr. Ted Noel’s theory that Hillary Clinton has Parkinson’s Disease. There are two videos, from 7/23 and 9/19 shown below that both demonstrate disturbing movement from Hillary’s eyes.
The video from 7/23 shows persistent nystagmus at rest, and the video from 9/19 shows a loss of vergence, vergence being the simultaneous movement of the pupils of the eyes toward or away from one another when focusing. If you look at the video from Temple on 9/19, she uses her right eye to look at something off to the right, and if you watch the film carefully, her left eye overshoots whatever target the right eye was targeting, and then eventually wanders back into place.
When asked about the seriousness of the condition, Dr. Noel is quick to inform the viewers that not only the condition serious, it could be terminal. The reason, he explains, is because “the control of eye movement comes from the 3rd, 4th, and 6th cranial nerves. The nerves come directly from the brain to the eye, and the condition cannot be made to be anything else.” For that reason, whatever is wrong with Hillary, it’s something going on inside the brain, and in a very short period of time, the public has watched as the condition has worsened.
When you consider how little access the public has to Hillary in the first place, and the fact that she’s only done one press conference in the year 2016, it only furthers the notion that whatever is wrong with her is very serious, and could well be terminal.

When acknowledging the persistent nystagmus first, Dr. Noel admits that such a condition is more characteristic of post-concussion syndrome, but the latter condition is well described in Parkinson’s Disease literature. Speaking politically, If the debate catches the eye movement on camera, it’s going to consume the coverage during and after, and her candidacy is done. Pardon my insensitivity for a moment, but what happens with the election?

According to Dr. Wolf, who also happens to be President Obama’s 2nd cousin, once removed, and a board-certified radiologist from Kansas, Clinton’s personal doctor gave her stellar scores on medical tests that don’t even exist in some cases. He’s pretty vocal about it in the Tweets below. In the following video, I give a quick rundown of the latest stretch of the truth… It just never ever ends with that woman… not ever!
Dr. Milton Wolf casts serious doubt about Hillary Clinton’s alleged pneumonia diagnosis. In the letter Clinton released Wednesday “to allay concerns after her weekend medical scare,” her personal doctor stated she diagnosed the former secretary of state with “a mild non-contagious bacterial pneumonia” on September 2.
According to Wolf, no such strain of pneumonia exists.
Wolf, who ran an unsuccessful bid to unseat Kansas Sen. Pat Roberts in 2014, tweeted Wednesday night that Hillary’s diagnosis is “pure fiction.”

Wolf also retweeted a screengrab of an article from The Hill, discussing how “members of Hillary Clinton’s staff had pneumonia before” Hillary’s September 2 diagnosis.” Hillary’s doctor and team members can’t keep their story straight, probably because it’s actually very hard to tell lie after lie and not get caught at some point.
The source said pneumonia cases began popping up among Clinton’s staff in late August, two weeks before the former first lady’s diagnosis. Among those affected were campaign aides who travel closely with Clinton.
Campaign manager Robby Mook was among those who were sick. Two of Clinton’s top advisers received emergency medical treatment during their illness.
One top adviser was receiving antibiotics for a respiratory infection days before Clinton’s own diagnosis for pneumonia. Another staffer was taken by ambulance to the emergency room, People’s source added, after collapsing from what was discovered to be severe dehydration. Videos emerged Sunday showing Clinton stumbling as she was helped into a black van during a 9/11 memorial ceremony.

Clinton’s doctor said later that evening that the former secretary of State had been diagnosed with pneumonia last Friday.
Dr. Lisa R. Bardack added Clinton is “re-hydrated and recovering nicely” after feeling overheated due to dehydration before the incident.
“She is fine now,” a source who was with Clinton on Sunday told People. “She had been standing for a while in the heat.”

Donald Trump, the GOP’s presidential nominee, has repeatedly suggested Clinton lacks the physical health and stamina for the presidency.
Trump on Monday said “something’s going on” with Clinton’s health, adding he hopes for her quick recovery.
Clinton’s campaign said late Sunday it would cancel her trip to California starting Monday for fundraisers and an appearance on the talk show “Ellen.”

It doesn’t get any clearer than that. Hillary’s camp doesn’t know what they are talking about and are clearly hiding the truth. Their ignorance just busted them.

I can’t help but continue to think of the John Warner Defense Authorization Act. As I’ve said numerous times, on October 17, 2006, President Bush signed into law, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act. The law allows the President to declare a “public emergency” at his “own discretion,” and place federal troops anywhere throughout the United States.
Under this law, the President also now has the authority to federalize National Guard troops without the consent of Governors, in order to restore “public order.” The President can now deploy federal troops to U.S. cities, at will, which eliminates the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act. What’s the “public emergency?” A President that cannot perform the duties of the office? John Warner Defense Authorization Act more or less allows the President to Declare Martial Law at anytime he or she sees fit to do so.
The Clinton’s have as many as 70 former associates that turned adversaries who are now dead. In the post titled Clinton Adds +5 to Body Count in 6 Weeks Totaling 67 Dead Associates, I list all 67 former Clinton associates. Since when that post was written, three more former associates have turned up dead, one of which was Julian Assange’s lawyer.
So, even if you believe the Clinton’s are only tied to one or two of those murders, that still means they wanted the White House bad enough to kill for it, so don’t you dare for one second think they’ll ride off into the sunset, just because Hillary is sick…
