Sometimes I wish my paranormal experiences weren't so generalized. It would be lovely to be restricted to just one thing or another…
Today I was hiding from the heat inside during a warm afternoon, a fan going in the next room– surfing the net after work and just killing time. Nothing at all out of the ordinary.
Until I heard a very quiet voice to my right, the same tenor voice of a man I've heard before, say, “Help me.”
Of course I looked, and could not see anything, though I confess I felt a presence. But I'm never sure quite what to do in such a situation. Still, I should be polite and let the guy know I actually DID hear him.
I addressed the space to my right, only a couple of feet away, “Hey, I heard you. Thank you for talking to me during the day while I'm awake instead of waking me up at night by my bed. Listen… I want to help you, but I don't know how. I don't know what you need. Just because I can see and hear you sometimes doesn't mean I automatically know what to do. But I know you're here.”
LAME. I am lame and I feel so guilty, not being able to think of anything I can do for the guy…
