To celebrate the first anniversary of Xbox One on October 2, Microsoft has announced the launch of three new Xbox One Bundles, with their pre-orders starting from September 25th via Amazon India. The new Xbox One consoles are inspired from some of the best games of this generation, and are personalized with sheer-brilliance.
The first among the three prolific gaming consoles is the racing inspired Forza Motorsport 6 Limited Edition. Featuring custom automotive sound effects, this Xbox One bundle features 1TB of disk, wireless controller, and a digital copy of the official Forza Motorsport 6, the most impressive racing game for Xbox One users. It will be coming at a price tag of Rs 39,990, and will also include the Tenth Anniversary Car Pack, bringing a spectacular set of cars with a custom tuning package. The game features more than 450 cars, 26 world-famous racing destinations, and brings an ultimate experience of driving super-cars.
Next comes the FIFA 16 Bundle. This Xbox Bundle for Football freaks comes with 1TB of disk space, download code for the official FIFA 16 game, and one year subscription from EA. It takes the experience of FIFA to a whole new level, and allows users to switch back-and-forth between games, apps, and Live TV. The price of this Xbox One console sits unchanged at Rs. 39,999.
However, the biggest surprise came with the more affordable Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle. It comes at a price tag of Rs. 34,990, and includes 500GB HDD, one wireless controller, and a download code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. It brings early access to Gears of War 4: Multiplayer Beta, and also gives an opportunity to experience the original gears of war rebuilt in 1080p, with 19 maps, six game modes, and 5 chapter which never released on the console.
As of now, Microsoft has not given a word on offline availability of the new Xbox One Bundles. The move can drive users away from Sony’s rival platform, but with reduced prices of PS4 and a new 1TB variant, Sony has also given a bunch of options to existing PS3 and Xbox 360 users, especially considering the hefty price tags of popular Xbox One consoles.
