AG Lynch Vows To Prosecute ‘Anti-Islamic Speech’; Congressman says, “Sue Me Then!”
Look, it is nothing new that Barack Obama HATES the First Amendment, because bloggers on the Internet are CONSTANTLY exposing all his lies… lies that the otherwise ignorant, mainstream media listening masses would probably believe, so to hear that the head of the Department of Injustice, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, has issued some warning that she plans to “Prosecute anti-Islamic speech” should be no shock. After all we’re talking about the lawless Obama administration. Let’s first take a look at some highlights of INSANE laws Obama has put into place in chronological order.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch
U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch is assuring Muslims of her support, threatening action against any “anti-Muslim rhetoric” that “edges toward violence.”
Lynch, speaking at a dinner held by the Muslim Advocates, a national legal advocacy group, announced Thursday night the Justice Department will investigate the police department in Texas that arrested a 14-year-old Muslim boy who brought a device that looked like a bomb to school. Ahmed “Clock Boy” Mohamed was never charged, but several congressmen asked Lynch for the civil-rights investigation she promised Thursday.
Her comments came just a day after the massacre in San Bernardino, California, where a Muslim man and his wife accumulated an estimated $30,000 in weapons and bombs, then launched an attack on a Christmas party for employees of the county where the man worked.
Attorney General Biggest Fear???
Syed Farook, 28, and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, 27, shot and killed 14 people and wounded another 21. Their motives remain uncertain, but multiple reports have suggested the two were radicalized during visits to Saudi Arabia.
Fox News reported it’s possible that Malik, the mother of a 6-month-old, radicalized her husband, according to Fox News.
Unnamed federal investigators said the two also planned a second attack before they were killed by police.
Lynch did not speak directly of the San Bernardino shootings at the event, but said there had been a “very disturbing rise in anti-Muslim rhetoric” across America since the Paris shootings three weeks ago, reported the Los Angeles Times.
“When we are ruled by fear, we are not making ourselves safe,” Lynch said.
She specifically criticized proposals in Congress to block Syrian refugees from the U.S.
“This is not the way,” she said, and people were “simply rushing to judgment.”
Assuring the pro-Muslim group that “we stand with you,” Lynch said she would use her Justice Department to protect Muslims from “violence” and discrimination and vowed to prosecute anyone guilty of what she described as violence-inspiring speech.
“The fear that you have just mentioned is in fact my greatest fear as a prosecutor, as someone who is sworn to the protection of all of the American people, which is that the rhetoric will be accompanied by acts of violence,” she said. “My message to not just the Muslim community but to the entire American community is: We cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on.”
She warned that the U.S. Constitution does not protect “actions predicated on violent talk.”
The report quoted her saying: “When we talk about the First Amendment we [must] make it clear that actions predicated on violent talk are not American. They are not who we are, they are not what we do, and they will be prosecuted.”
Noted the Daily Wire, “It is painfully clear that, like her predecessor Eric Holder, Lynch is far more concerned with promoting the social justice agenda than protecting the constitutional rights of American citizens. What exactly is speech that ‘edges toward violence’? What exactly are ‘actions predicated on violent talk’? In the end, it is whatever she decides it to mean.”
Lynch also advised Muslim parents that they should contact the Justice Department and the Department of Education if they believe their kids are being bullied at school.
“Other areas in which we are seeing growing areas of concern … specifically involve our children, and the issues of bullying and the schools,” she said. “We saw [bullying] a lot in the New York area, unfortunately, where there would be a backlash against the Muslim community in general.”
She added, “If you are aware of situations where children are involved, please contact the Department of Justice and the Department of Education. We can provide guidance. We can have conversations.”
Meanwhile, a report from NBC in Dallas confirmed Lynch is investigating the Irving Police Department for the arrest of Mohamed.
School officials were suspicious because it was a series of electronic components installed in a briefcase that looked like a bomb.
Now Lynch is on the case.
“We have, as you may know, opened an investigation into the case of the young man in Irving,” she said. “So we will see where that investigation goes.”
WND reported the boy and his family demanded $15 million from the school district, threatening a lawsuit. The demand is for $10 million from the city and $5 million from school district over the Sept. 14 “suitcase clock” incident at MacArthur High School.
Lawyers for the family, which now lives in Qatar, say the teenager has “suffered severe psychological trauma” because of the experience. He was allegedly targeted by officials “because of his race, national origin, and religion.”
Mohamed battled through his alleged “severe psychological trauma” after the school suspension by going on a one-month world tour that included:
Meeting with President Obama on the South Lawn of the White House at the astronomy event.
An appearance with Dr. Oz.
Meeting with Sudanese President Omar al Bashir, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court for genocide.
Meeting with Turkey Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
A visit to Mecca as an honored guest of Saudi Arabia King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
ISD spokeswoman Lesley Weaver said the school has proof its actions were justified, but juvenile records cannot be released without written consent by parents.

Can journalists be considered enemies of U.S. and allied military forces? Absolutely, the Pentagon has declared in a thick, new instruction manual for waging war the “legal” way, and they can thus be targeted.
According to The Washington Times, journalists can also be terrorists, the 1,176-page Department of Defense Law of War Manual states. The book is designed to provide commanders with correct and incorrect ways of killing an enemy of the United States.
The manual says it is okay to shoot, explode, bomb, stab or cut the enemy; surprise attacks and killing retreating troops is permitted as well, though U.S. forces cannot employ poison gases.
The new manual is the first comprehensive, all-in-one legal guide for all four military branches; for decades, the services each had issued their own guides for air, sea and land warfare conduct.
The Obama-era document brushes aside the prior Bush Aadministrations label of “unlawful enemy combatant” for terrorist organizations like al Qaeda in favor of a new term: “unprivileged belligerent.”
SPIES HAVE OFTEN POSED AS JOURNALISTS:
But one notable section of the new manual pertains to a definition of journalists and how they are expected to stay out of any fighting.
“In general, journalists are civilians,” the manual says, as cited by the Times. “However, journalists may be members of the armed forces, persons authorized to accompany the armed forces, or unprivileged belligerents.”

OCTOBER 2014: THE NEW ARMY MANUAL CAME OUT:
NEWEST ADDITION: ARMY CAN NOW SHOOT UNARMED PROTESTORS SPEAKING OUT AGAINST GOVERNMENT!
The new Army manual for civil disturbances – atp3_39x33– does not “destroy” the First Amendment, but it DOES provide some caveats that allow the military to intervene in the affairs of the Continental United States – or “martial law” — during times of serious civil disturbance. It also has some disturbing verbiage. Is it telling the Army how to “eliminate” protests in America? Dave Hodges of the Common Sense Show points very specifically to the code I just mentioned. There is no ”CONSPIRACY THEORY” here, this is the UNITED STATES CODE!

On the surface, the Posse Comitatus Act (18 USC 1385) act should prevent the Army from deploying the troops in the midst of a protest that is not on the scale of something like the 1992 LA Riots. However, the Army claims exemption from Posse Comitatus in the four following areas.
10 USC 331. When a state is unable to control domestic violence and they have requested federal assistance, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
10 USC 332. When ordinary enforcement means are unworkable due to unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
10 USC 333. When a state cannot or will not protect the constitutional rights of the citizens, due to domestic violence or conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
House Joint Resolution 1292. This resolution directs all departments of the U.S. government, upon request of the Secret Service, to assist in carrying out its statutory duties to protect government officials and major political candidates from physical harm.
With regard to 10 USC 331, if the local authorities have lost control in the midst of a profound display of domestic violence (e.g. LA Riots), most Americans support the use of National Guard or the military. However, in 10 USC 332, 333 and House Joint Resolution 1292 are ripe with exceptions which open the door to federal authorities abusing the public for exercising their Constitutional right to protest.
In 10 USC 332, the phrase “unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized,” permits the federal government from being demonstrated against. An act of demonstration, or the most benign demonstrations of civil disobedience gives the government the authority to take “deadly action” against the public because there are no clear distinctions on when the use of lethal and nonlethal force is appropriate.
In 10 USC 333, any disruption of federal law can be decisively dealt with by the federal government. The phrase “…conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized” is a telling passage of this Army document. If 10 USC 333 is applied to the letter of the written Army policy, the protesters who recently objected to illegal aliens being deposited in Murietta, California, could be subject to deadly force.
My personal favorite is the party about peaceful protestors protesting the government can be ventilated:
“An act of demonstration, or the most benign demonstrations of civil disobedience gives the government the authority to take “deadly action” against the public because there are no clear distinctions on when the use of lethal and nonlethal force is appropriate.”

“Americans motivated by anti-government views and racist ideologies” will be the focus of a new Department of Justice position, John Carlin told a George Washington University crowd today.
The Associated Press reports:
The Justice Department is creating a new position to coordinate investigations into violent homegrown extremism, a department official said Wednesday.
Assistant Attorney General John Carlin, head of the department’s national security division, said that while the international terror threat occupies the public attention, federal officials remain just as concerned about the prospect of violence from Americans motivated by anti-government views and racist ideologies.
“We need to make sure we have the mechanisms in place so that we can continue to remain just as focused on the domestic terrorism threat while addressing the international terrorism threat,” Carlin said in a question-and-answer session after a George Washington University speech. The new “Domestic Terrorism Council” will work with US attorneys nationwide “to identify trends that can be used to help shape a national strategy.”
The new bureaucracy, I mean Council, should not be confused with another new department created by Eric Holder: DOJ’s Domestic Terrorism Task Force which also focuses on “anti-government extremism.”

The day after the horrific terrorist San Bernardino shooting spree, Attorney General Loretta Lynch pledged to a group of Muslim activists that she would take aggressive action against anyone who used “anti-Muslim rhetoric” that “edges toward violence.”
