Judge Says Enough Evidence to Indict and Convict Hillary Clinton (Video)
Before getting into the recent assessment of the Hillary investigation by Judge Napolitano, the following video takes a look at a few of the narratives being spoke of less often by the mainstream media… but none seem to give any sure answer to the ultimate question: Will Hillary be indicted in the end? That remains up for grabs!

Fox News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano recently spoke with Bill O’Reilly about the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton and her email scandal, and according to him, there’s more than enough evidence available for an indictment and a conviction.

Speaking with Fox’s Bill O’Reilly Thursday, Napolitano said that the FBI has more than enough evidence to not only indict the Democratic front-runner, but to convict her as well.
“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” Napolitano said. “And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.”
If the evidence against Clinton is indeed overwhelming, then the FBI would most likely be more than inclined to recommend to the Justice Department that Clinton face criminal charges.
However, according to Napolitano, whether or not the Justice Department will actually indict Clinton — despite the evidence — is a completely different question, given the current political landscape.
FBI Director James Comey said Thursday that despite the mounting evidence in the FBI’s investigation, there is no current timetable as to when, or if, anyone in the probe will face criminal charges. Comey said that he’d prefer conducting the investigation properly, rather than merely opt for attempting to conclude the investigation prior to the Democratic national convention this July.
For some reason, I get the feeling that despite the evidence, the Justice Department won’t seek charges against Queen Bee since she’s the favorite to take the Democratic Party presidential nomination.

Call it a hunch, but that’s what I think is going to happen.
Seems pretty obvious she deserves to be behind bars for many, many different infractions of the law, but the chances of it happening are almost zero.
Government corruption at its finest.
Let’s not forget that the emails are just the tip of the iceberg. In the video below, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told Sean Hannity that Hillary Clinton has committed at least 13 criminal violations. Giuliani says:
”Well I told you, I think, several weeks ago that there are at least 13 statutes that, according to the public record, if true, Hillary Clinton violated. They range from misdemeanors to felonies. She was taking classified information, confidential information. She was using it in a grossly negligent manner. That’s a two-year misdemeanor. She violated the mail fraud statutes, the wire fraud statutes, the obstruction of justice statute by destroying the emails. I mean the number of violations are piling up.”
Mr. Giuliani said that Mrs. Clinton lied about the emails that she deleted too. She lied HUGE!
“First of all, you have her lying. She said that all the ones deleted were all personal. And it now turns out that hundreds and hundreds and hundreds that were deleted were clearly not personal. They were anywhere from government information to top secret information.
We also have the destruction of evidence. There is nothing more powerful in a trial than to have a defendant who has destroyed evidence and actually lied about the evidence that was destroyed.” Giuliani said Clinton has shown herself to be negligent in handling sensitive government information… and he goes on. Continuing with the mountain of evidence against Hillary, it was just this last week the CIA Revealed its Finding that Hillary and Obama Armed ISIS (Video). That is TREASON! Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
