OTHER THAN TREY GOWDY, THERE IS NO OTHER MEMBER OF CONGRESS I HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR, THAN CONGRESSMAN LOUIE GOHMERT… AND SADLY, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HE’S RUNG THE WARNING BELLS…  

The Obama administration has made no effort to conceal who it considers to be the greatest threat to America’s safety. Time after time, as Rep. Gohmert points out, Obama claims the biggest threats to the U.S. include those who SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION, our MILITARY VETERANS, anyone who ‘CLINGS TO GUNS AND RELIGION,’ and of course my personal favorite: “TEA-BAGGERS.”

If there is anyone out there that STILL wants to deny that FEMA CAMPS exist, if my post titled, DO NOT MISS: MARTIAL LAW – ELEMENTS TO WATCH FOR did not FINALLY open your eyes, then THIS BETTER, otherwise I don’t give you very good odds for lasting long when the chaos begins.

NaturalNews reported: I’m always amazed at how people can be programmed by the mainstream media to ignore the obvious reality happening right in front of their eyes. Right now, America is being lulled into a hypnotic sense of denial while military training for martial law is happening right in their own neighborhoods and city streets. Yet, strangely, no one is allowed to refer to this exercise as training for martial law… even though that’s obviously what it is.

Most Americans remain totally unaware of the fact that a massive military drill spanning 10 U.S. states will soon put military troops, helicopters, armored transports and military weapons directly on the streets of communities across the nation. “Operation Jade Helm begins in July and will last for eight weeks,” reports the Daily Mail. “Soldiers will operate in and around towns in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado where some of them will drop from planes while carrying weapons loaded with blanks in what military officials have dubbed Realistic Military Training.”

An important video from DahBoo777 describes capturing a scene of apparent martial law training in downtown Fort Lauderdale around April 23rd, 2015. As you can see from the video, soldiers equipped with night vision gear and rifles are now on the streets, and they are marching regular citizens off to a FEMA Camp.

LOUIE GOHMERT IS WHAT YOU WOULD CALL A “CONNECTED” CONGRESSMAN. 

Among other things, Congressman Gohmert is the Vice Chair of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security and the Chairman of the Natural Resources Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. To anyone with an IQ over 6 (aka NOT an Obama supporter), they would have to be INSANE not to worry when they hear Rep. Gohmert say something like:

“Once I observed the map depicting ‘hostile,’ ‘permissive,’ and ‘uncertain’ states and locations, I was rather appalled that the hostile areas amazingly have a Republican majority, ‘cling to their guns and religion,’ and believe in the sanctity of the United States Constitution.”

“Such labeling by a government that is normally not allowed to use military force against its own citizens is an affront to the residents of that particular state considered as ‘hostile,’ as if the government is trying to provoke a fight with them. The map of the exercise needs to change, the names on the map need to change, and the tone of the exercise needs to be completely revamped so the federal government is not intentionally practicing war against its own states.”

If those actions by Obama don’t get Americans upset enough for Obama to NEED Martial Law to restore order, PERHAPS WHEN AMERICANS REALIZE HOW BADLY OBAMA IS ALREADY RIGGING THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, THEN THEY WILL FINALLY WAKE UP!

Let ALL doubt be removed about Obama’s intention to declare MARTIAL LAW, as is CLEARLY evidenced by a commercial that ran in 2014. After seeing it with my own eyes, I have to believe either the country WAS under MARTIAL LAW for a brief period during the Ebola Outbreak, or we were SO CLOSE, that the Obama administration had already begun running commercials as shown in the post titled: DEVELOPING: GOVERNMENT DECLARES MARTIAL LAW DURING COMMERCIAL.

With Jade Helm being in the news just a few weeks, people have been catching on QUICK, and not taking any chances. Not only has the Governor of Texas ordered the National Guard to keep a close eye on the nefarious conduct going on within his state, but also several SPECIAL OPERATIONS VETERANS HAVE OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED COUNTER OPERATIONS TO THE GOVERNMENT’S JADE HELM! 

EVEN THE PENTAGON HAS BEEN FORCED TO ISSUE STATEMENTS REGARDING THE MILITARY DRILLS BECAUSE OF ALL THE GROWING CONCERN.

IT HARDLY STOPS THERE!

NEWS ON JADE HELM IS SPREADING SO FAST, RAND PAUL, A GOP PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE FOR 2016, EVEN STOPPED TO ADDRESS IT HERE!

In the past titled, “OPERATION JADE HELM:” AKA MARTIAL LAW IS ALL TOO REAL, it says: 

FIRST AND FOREMOST: Like most things, Obama has turned the rule of law on it’s head. The Posse Comitatus Act was a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878 by President Rutherford B. Hayes, and PRIOR to Obama, the law was NEVER in question, because PRIOR to Obama did we never had a President hellbent using American Agencies as weapons against his political opponents. It could take decades to route out the corruption Obama has caused in the IRS, and now we can look forward to having active military with their machine guns, tanks,  etc. (you know, the same WEAPONS OF WAR Obama wanted OFF the streets), performing Obama’s bidding ON the streets. 

One might think, oh good, more protection. WRONG. I suggest you read the Army Manual that is officially published online, but here is a link to post titled: NEW ARMY MANUAL ALLOWS FOR LETHAL FORCE AGAINST U.S. CITIZENS. You didn’t think Obama would lift Posse Comitatus without being able to use his new toys did you? The Army can actually fire on innocent UNARMED civilians protesting peacefully if they are protesting against the government. Sounds just like “Hope and Change doesn’t it?”

IF YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE READING THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT THE DEMOCRATS PASSED WITHOUT READING (GO FIGURE), THIS TWO HOUR VIDEO WILL GLADLY INFORM YOU THE BILL OF RIGHTS WHICH HAS STOOD SINCE OUR FOUNDING HAS ALSO BEEN TAKEN AWAY AS PART OF “HOPE AND CHANGE.”

Posse Comitatus Is Violated

On the surface, the Posse Comitatus Act (18 USC 1385) act SHOULD PREVENT THE ARMY FROM DEPLOYING TROOPS in the midst of a PROTEST that is not on the scale of something like the 1992 LA Riots. However, the Army claims exemption from Posse Comitatus in the four following areas. 

1. 10 USC 331. When a state is unable to control domestic violence and they have requested federal assistance, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.

2. 10 USC 332. When ordinary enforcement means are unworkable due to unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.

3. 10 USC 333. When a state cannot or will not protect the constitutional rights of the citizens, due to domestic violence or conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.

4. House Joint Resolution 1292. This resolution directs all departments of the U.S. government, upon request of the Secret Service, to assist in carrying out its statutory duties to protect government officials and major political candidates from physical harm.

With regard to 10 USC 331, if the local authorities have lost control in the midst of a profound display of domestic violence (e.g. LA Riots), most Americans support the use of National Guard or the military.  However, in 10 USC 332, 333 and House Joint Resolution 1292 are ripe with exceptions which open the door to federal authorities abusing the public for exercising their Constitutional right to protest.

DO ME A FAVOR AND READ THIS ONE REAL REAL CLOSE… 

THE PART IN RED WITH BLUE HIGHLIGHTS!!!

In 10 USC 332, the phrase “unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized,” PERMITS THE GOVERNMENT FROM BEING DEMONSTRATED AGAINST. An act of demonstration, OR THE MOST BENIGN demonstrations of civil disobedience gives the government the AUTHORITY TO TAKE “DEADLY ACTION AGAINST THE PUBLIC” because there are no clear distinctions on when the use of lethal and nonlethal force is appropriate (see the two charts displayed below). 

In 10 USC 333, any disruption of federal law can be decisively dealt with by the federal government. The phrase “…conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized” is a telling passage of this Army document. If 10 USC 333 is applied to the letter of the written Army policy, the protesters who recently objected to illegal aliens being deposited in Murietta, California, could be subject to deadly force.

JUST TO BE CLEAR – THERE IS NOTHING REMOTELY AMBIGUOUS ABOUT THE TERMS “MOST BENIGN DEMONSTRATIONS,” AND DEADLY ACTION AUTHORIZED.

The following official statement regarding Jade Helm 15 was released May 5th on Rep. Gohmert’s website:

“Over the past few weeks, my office has been inundated with calls referring to the Jade Helm 15 military exercise scheduled to take place between July 15 and September 15, 2015. This military practice has some concerned that the U.S. Army is preparing for modern-day martial law.

Certainly, I can understand these concerns.

When leaders within the current administration believe that major threats to the country include those who SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION, are MILITARY VETERANS, or even ‘CLING TO GUNS AND RELIGION,’ patriotic Americans have reason to be concerned. We have seen people working in this administration use their government positions to persecute people with conservative beliefs in God, country, and notions such as honor and self-reliance.

Because of the contempt and antipathy for the true patriots or even Christian saints persecuted for their Christian beliefs, it is no surprise that those who have experienced or noticed such persecution are legitimately suspicious.

Having served in the U.S. Army, I can understand why military officials have a goal to see if groups of Special Forces can move around a civilian population without being noticed and can handle various threat scenarios. In military science classes or in my years on active duty, I have participated in or observed military exercises; however, we never named an existing city or state as a “hostile.” We would use fictitious names before we would do such a thing.

Once I observed the map depicting ‘hostile,’ ‘permissive,’ and ‘uncertain’ states and locations, I was rather appalled that the hostile areas amazingly have a Republican majority, ‘cling to their guns and religion,’ and believe in the sanctity of the United States Constitution. When the federal government begins, even in practice, games or exercises, to consider any U.S. city or state in ‘hostile’ control and trying to retake it, the message becomes extremely calloused and suspicious.

Such labeling tends to make people who have grown leery of federal government overreach become suspicious of whether their big brother government anticipates certain states may start another civil war or be overtaken by foreign radical Islamist elements which have been reported to be just across our border. Such labeling by a government that is normally not allowed to use military force against its own citizens is an affront to the residents of that particular state considered as ‘hostile,’ as if the government is trying to provoke a fight with them. The map of the exercise needs to change, the names on the map need to change, and the tone of the exercise needs to be completely revamped so the federal government is not intentionally practicing war against its own states.”
