Texas Governor to Call for Investigation into Scalia Death? (Video)
In the past, Republican Texas Governor Abbott has not hesitated to devote state resources to monitor or investigate shady or controversial activity by Obama and the rest of Crime Inc. Is he getting ready to launch an investigation into the sudden death of Justice Scalia? While many Americans most likely hope that he does launch an investigation, it’s no longer out of line for people to be asking the questions, “What difference would it make? Why bother?”
Time after time we’ve seen an utterly lawless Obama violate the Constitution at will, and there are never repercussions. Why? Because Republicans are afraid of being attacked by the media, and losing their chance at re-election. As for the country, to hell with us, as long as they get re-elected.
In the first video below, Alex Jones and Investigative Journalists cover the apparent assassination of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia over the weekend. Scalia was found dead at a remote ranch in Texas with a pillow over his head. They look into the highly irregular and premature conclusion that Scalia died of “natural causes” that have prompted calls for an autopsy and toxicological reports and a report that Obama learned about the death hours before it was publicly announced.

It’s important to note that Alex Jones isn’t representing some fringe conspiratorial element of American society on this either. 1) Following Justice Scalia’s passing, his body was never examined. A Justice of the Peace pronounced him dead over the phone and an autopsy was never ordered. However, in accordance with Texas state law, pronouncing death via telephone is completely legal. Also, it was the families wishes to decline the autopsy.
2) Cibolo Creek Ranch owner John Poindexter stated, “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled.”
3) John Poindexter has been a tremendous supporter of president Obama, donating copious amounts of money to his election and re-election campaigns. So much money in fact, it prompted the president to personally give him an award for his service in Vietnam.
4) The Scalia-era SCOTUS has typically been a 5-4 court. With Scalia’s passing coincidentally timed with a year left to Obama’s reign, and with the president stating that he’ll nominate Scalia’s successor before his body even cooled off, this understandably fuels the conspiracy theories.
5) At the time of Scalia’s passing, his security detail, the U.S. Marshall Service, wasn’t present. However, the judge asked for his privacy so he could enjoy his south Texas hunting trip.

It doesn’t take a wild conspiracy theorist to understand why people don’t care what Guevara talked to Justice Scalia’s physician about. In today’s day of hyper partisanship, and with that Supreme Court seat holding the court’s balance of power for potentially the next generation, anyone with an IQ over 4 would have known better, unless there was some shady dealing going on.

Guevara treated the call as if the deceased was a local junkie found dead from an overdose with a needle still stuck in his arm, and the call was interrupting her weekly bowling match. It’s not like this was one of 9 Supreme Court Justices or anything, so why not nonchalantly say the death was from natural causes, and who’s turn is it to bowl anyway, right?
Continuing to add to the situation, it doesn’t take a wild conspiracy theorist to understand why people have questions about a why Justice Scalia’s condition and cause of death was so routine it was done over the phone, but then required a 20 person police escort to the funeral home to be embalmed immediately so that no investigation could be performed… absolutely NOTHING is consistent.

The final video just acts as the icing on the cake as for why Governor Abbott should call for an investigation. It’s not like technology doesn’t exist to cause a person to have a heart attack. In the last video, former CIA employee Mary Embree discusses the infamous heart attack gun, a weapon that was first made public during the Church Committee hearings in back in 1975. Being highly lethal and virtually untraceable, the heart attack gun could make a murder look like a person died of “natural causes.”
Also, before anyone starts with the “conspiracy theory” nonsense, do the world a favor and try being informed instead of being opinionated for a change. Do your homework. The Church Committee hearings were ACTUAL congressional hearings, and as such they are thoroughly documented.
Finally, let’s not forget that Obama has already been accused of using the NSA to Blackmail Justice Roberts over the Obamacare Vote, Obama’s CIA was already CAUGHT listening in and spying on members of Congress, so it’s not like they’re “above” breaking the law, and there’s no doubt that the technology of the CIA’s weapon is SURE to have been improved upon since the 1970’s when it was revealed. Obama has absolutely zero credibility working in his favor. Zero.

Over the weekend, Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s office sent out a somber condolence recognizing the late Associate Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
Since the governor’s statement, additional information has come to light painting the circumstances surrounding Scalia’s death as anything but ordinary.
Scalia was a conservative-leaning judge known best for his adherence to the Constitution’s original interpretation. He fought against Planned Parenthood, supported private property rights and was a staunch pro-Second Amendment advocate.
Despite Scalia’s prominence, confusion still lingers over how he died.
Yesterday it was reported the justice was found dead at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in bed with a pillow over his head.
But Presidio County Judge Cinderella Guevara says the county sheriff on Saturday told her over the phone there was “absolutely not” any evidence of “foul play.”

Judge Guevara says she declined an autopsy based on the information, but later stated she recorded the death as being from natural causes, not from a heart attack, as she allegedly told WFAA news.
Within a few short hours, Scalia’s body was transported to a funeral home, embalmed and is now on its way to Virginia.
“As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia,” a former District of Columbia criminal investigations head posted on Facebook Sunday.
Additionally, a justice of the peace speaking with The Washington Post said she would also have requested an autopsy.
“If it had been me . . . I would want to know,” Presidio Justice of the Peace Juanita Bishop told The Post.
Former U.S. Army intelligence officer turned journalist Ray Starmann also suspects foul play.
“The circumstances surrounding Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia’s death are growing more suspicious by the minute,” writes Starmann forUSDefenseWatch.com.
“What was the cause of Scalia’s death? Was it a heart attack or death by natural causes?” asks Starmann, adding, “No one seems to know. The story keeps changing. How convenient… Who dies with a pillow over their head?”
While the Republican Texas governor has made no indication he intends to look into the justice’s death, in the past he has devoted state resources to monitor and investigate other controversial allegations.
Last April, for instance, the governor announced he would deploy the Texas State Guard to monitor the military’s Jade Helm training exercises, asserting he wanted to ensure Texans’ “safety, constitutional rights, private property rights and civil liberties” would “not be infringed.”
Last year, the governor also launched an investigation into Planned Parenthood following allegations the abortion provider was running an under-the-table, baby-part-for-profit scheme.
At the start of the new year, Gov. Abbott also boldly promised to challenge any gun control legislation Obama may attempt to pass via executive order, challenging the president to “Come and take it.”
The governor’s record suggests he has the interests of the people in mind. Given his past actions and the strange circumstances surrounding the death, will Gov. Abbott dispatch a team to investigate the death of Antonin Scalia? Should he? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
