Oregon Situation Heating Up: Bundy Militia Suffers First Arrest Today
In the following video, I break down what today’s arrest means on a larger scale for the Oregon standoff between the feds and Bundy’s militia. Between “Sheriff” (I use the term loosely) Ward kicking Pete Santilli out of a town hall meeting the other day for asking what’s being done to make sure the Constitution is adhered to, and today’s arrest, things are clearly heating up and the gloves are beginning to come off.

Buddy Militia Suffers First Arrest

BURNS, Ore. (INTELLIHUB) — A Malheur Wildlife Refuge Vehicle, paid for by taxpayer dollars, was driven off the refuge by Kenneth Medenbach, 62, when he decided to take a trip to the local Safeway to get a few things for supper Friday afternoon.
The Bundy group was quoted telling authorities that Medenbach may not have been thinking straight and that they don’t condone him “doing something stupid” like that.
Reportedly the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service sees the man’s arrest and return of a publicly owned vehicle as a victory.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service spokesperson Megan Nagel said in a statement:
“We will continue to work with law enforcement to recover vehicles bought and paid for by the American people to care for their national wildlife refuge.”
The Bundy’s and other patriots are currently occupying a federal building on the wildlife refuge and say they are willing to stand their ground and defend themselves if provoked by the federal government.
The group is protesting the Hammond’s return to prison after already serving their time. The Hammond’s are currently set to serve five more years in a federal prison for a fire they set which allegedly burned a small swath of BLM land.
The group has already torn down federally installed fences on the refuge in an attempt to return the land back to local ranchers.
On January 4, 2015, in a bombshell interview, Ryan Bundy told Intelihub news that the Hammond’s were threatened.
“I am actually pretty disappointed in that but I do understand their decision. It was the Hammond’s decision themselves to turn themselves in,” Ryan Bundy told me.
My personal feelings are—well I had a direct conversation with Dwight Hammond just two days ago and I asked Dwight: is this really what you want? Do you really want to go to prison? Is that what you really feel you want to do?
And well he got angry at me. He said, of course not, of course not. But he said they will put a bullet in my head. He goes they will kill me without hesitation. And he goes, and they will throw me in the back of the truck. And he goes, I will not be the only body there. […] They—meant anyone else supporting them.
And so he reported to prison not out of duty, not out of respect for the government, not out of guilt for crime that they say he committed, it was simply out of fear of the oppressive government.

Our groups ultimate goal is to restore and defend the Constitution and particularly the rights of the people in this county.
Do you guys plan to make a stand or do you plan to retreat at this point?
Regardless of what they are doing does not weigh bearing on what we are doing. I mean obviously we are here because of what’s happened to them and the many others, but their [the Hammond’s] retreat does not dismay us at all.
The FBI has a long history of inserting provocateurs into these type of things. Do you believe that any provocateurs have been planted on scene?
Well you know, we are aware of such things that take place, you know, and we try and catch that etcetera. I see lots of proctors online, so to speak. But yeah we’re weary of that, but what are you going to do.
Do you realize that a good portion of the mainstream media has actually turned Americans against you and have even labeled you a terrorist?
“Well they labeled us terrorists several years ago so that’s not new. You got to look at the definition of terror.”
“Define it for me. You define terror for me,” Ryan Bundy asked me.
I responded, “I guess something that scares someone.”
“Would you say that terror is extreme fear,” Ryan asked.
I answered, ‘I would say the word has a heightened sense of fear.’
“Alright so extra fear. Alright so a terrorist is one that uses extreme fear to control a situation. To control a political situation or any particular situation, so that would define terrorism,” Ryan said.
That’s what terrorists have done,. They have used bombs and bomb threats […] in public crowds […] like the Boston bombing. […] They were using extreme terror to try to control or gain position or something. […] terrorism is extreme fear to control the situation.
Dwight Hammond, he was in fear of being shot in the head. He was fearful for his life, his family’s life. He was fearful of others around him. So who has been using those tactics against him? The government has. So who are the terrorists?
When I asked Ryan Bundy if President Barack Obama’s announcement of executive action on firearms this week is related to the timing of their demonstration, he said, “[…] somewhat.”
Now if they [the government] come there and try to provocateur and escalate the situation will you guys try and defuse it?
Ryan responded:
“Those are questions far and beyond what I will answer at this time.”
Ryan also told me that he has no knowledge of any minerals, precious metals or uranium being located on or near the Hammond Ranch which was speculated to be a potential motive of the federal government to do what they are doing.
Ryan also said he has seen absolutely no sign of any government official or law enforcement agent on scene.

Stick a fork in it! America is done! There’s no one standing up, and it would seem all was lost today as the only one reporting on this outside of the slimy sloppy extreme traitorous left media was just taken out. Not a word! In my entire life, I have never seen anywhere near the government liberal slanted news coverage we are seeing here! No one goes to stand against tyranny! No one! Oath takers in fedgov don’t have to worry about their oaths, because they are unconstitutional, and therefore, illegal even while taking it! So, know this, anything in the future will have the same result! A few dozen people, and that’s it!
The government has won! America chooses unchecked unconstitutional government! Just look at what is being reported, and the lack of anything from alt news! Nothing! Not a damn thing!
The fedgov is almost entirely unconstitutional, and America yawns!
Seriously, how is this not over! For the last ten years, we’ve seen protests that went nowhere! A government that feels empowered to do anything they want!
You have a rancher who was charged with terrorism, illegally! Taken to prison! Threatened the whole way! Railroaded the whole way! Kangaroo courts and kangaroo judges at every stop! And, not a single entity can do anything about it! How does this not empower the feds to commit more tyranny! The fbi “their in our house!” Reality check! The feds do not have constitutional authority to have a forest service, an fbi, a dhs, an irs, etc., etc. and the blm, do you get this? The fedgov can not own land! So they subcontract an organization to by the land instead! Still being baught by the feds! Still illegal! All these things are state rights! And the peoples rights! They are not the feds rights! The constitution defines what fedgov is, all else belongs to the states! This isn’t open to interpretation! It is well defined! Fedgov ignores their limits, and no one gives a crap! In fact, the people say we need fedgov to do this! No! We need the states, and the people doing this!
Search for it, or anyone associated with it, and see the vile hatred of the left! It’s incredible! You would think that’s all there is! And, I think that’s the case!
The good news is Pete finally got a video out, and it’s pretty awesome! But the fact that there was nothing for more than 6 hours anywhere, is saying a lot about the media, and alt media! Tell me where there was information coming out of burns oregon while this was going on! I saw a total news blackout! Whether it was intentional, or no one but pete cares, it’s appaling that no information was available anywhere!

Kenneth Medenbach, 62, Agent in Play, Some feel He knew exactly what he was doing, was he the one jamming Pete’s signal.
This guy who drove off in the government vehicle might have been a plant that the government wants out of the way when they go in there and kill everyone. He was probably was warned to get out of Dodge because shf is on its way.
