HOW LONG BEFORE JADE HELM 15 GOES LIVE TO MARTIAL LAW?

Everywhere you look, if you just PAY ATTENTION, you can see that preparations and conditions are escalating at an exponential rate for something massive. What will be the final catalyst that will have enough momentum and fear associated with it, that the door to MARTIAL LAW will be cracked open long JUST enough for Overlord Obama to bum rush the throne, crown himself EMPEROR OF THE UNIVERSE, and finish dismantling what was once the United States? I think the final straw is going to come from one of THREE AREAS: 1) Perhaps the figurative LEVIES ON THE GLOBAL BANKING SYSTEM WILL FINALLY BLOW sending the masses into total hysteria? 2) Perhaps it will materialize through the prism of ANOTHER SENSELESS RACIAL SHOOTING CAUSING THE COUNTRY TO FINALLY ERUPT INTO A RACE WAR AND MASS RIOTS? 3) Finally, maybe one of the KNOWN 22 JIHAD TRAINING CAMPS LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES THAT ERIC HOLDER REFUSED TO LOOK INTO will launch an attack here on the homeland. WORSE, maybe one of the first two scenarios occurs FIRST, and THEN in the wake of the CHAOS the third one strikes?

HOW DO I KNOW?

In my post yesterday titled: ECONOMIC COLLAPSE, FOOD SHORTAGES, CIVIL UNREST, AND CIVIL WAR WITH THE CITIZENS, there was reference to a “SENSITIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT” document that author Timothy A. Pope came upon with the “OFFICIAL NAME” of the “RIGHT WING EXTREMISM CURRENT ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL CLIMATE FUELING RESURGENCE IN RADICALIZATION AND RECRUITMENT.” Yeah, I had to do a double take on that name myself. NO WONDER ISIS is running all over the place.

“RIGHT WING EXTREMISM CURRENT ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL CLIMATE FUELING RESURGENCE IN RADICALIZATION AND RECRUITMENT.”

According to the article it is a “Law Enforcement Sensitive” document that was “FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY,” and contained information that was “exempt from public release” whose intent was to “influence domestic public opinion.” No kidding. It’s called “social engineering” and “perception management.” And it should be noted that, if enforced, every one of our founding fathers would be on this list if they were to have the sad burden of living in our day to witness how far this nation has fallen from its original intent under the Rule of Law.

And that fact goes to show how even the vast bureaucracy of the federal government agency charged with securing our homeland doesn’t even understand what a political scale is. A scale cannot have two equal extremes. On the far left is Communism, 100% control and ownership of everyone and everything by the State. In stark contrast, on the far right is 100% anarchy and lawlessness. Our established system of governance, as it was carefully designed to be by our framers, is a Constitutional Republic, and is firmly seated in the exact center of the scale, where the Rule of Law via elected Representatives of the People govern on their behalf. No, we are not a Democracy. That is further left down the scale.

HERE IS ANOTHER REVEALING EXCERPT FROM THE DHS DOCUMENT:

“Historically, DOMESTIC RIGHT-WING EXTREMISTS have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse in the United States. Prominent anti-government conspiracy theorists have incorporated aspects of an impending economic collapse to intensify fear and paranoia among like-minded individuals and to attract recruits during times of economic uncertainty. Conspiracy theories involving declarations of MARTIAL LAW, IMPENDING CIVIL STRIFE, or RACIAL CONFLICT, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of CITIZEN DETENTION CAMPS often incorporate aspects of a failed economy. Anti-government conspiracy theories and ‘end times’ prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition, and weapons. These teachings also have been linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals and groups in the past, such as violent Christian Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia movement.”

Keep in mind this is the same DHS a U.S. FEDERAL JUDGE ACCUSED OBAMA OF USING AS HIS OWN PRIVATE ARMY. It’s also the same DHS I came across a 160 PAGE DOCUMENT GIVING DETAILS OF FIRING ON PATRIOTS, CAPITALISTS, AND VETERANS. Go ahead and call me a “Conspiracy Theorist” if you want to, but I bet that’s the same group working with Obama RIGHT NOW TO DISARM ALL FORMER MILITARY VETERANS! I don’t know…is it just me or does Obama seem to have an agenda here? Well, what do you know, look what I found:

Clearly, no other event has garnered more attention, been responsible for more page views, or has been propagandized more by mainstream media than the upcoming military training exercises know as Jade Helm 15.

As we have reported numerous times ( Here, here, here and here) on The Liberty Brothers Radio Show, the exact nature of Jade Helm 15 is not even truly known by the participating members who serve in our military. However, many fine investigators have garnered reliable sources who paint a pretty bleak picture for most Americans as a result of Jade Helm 15.

One such investigative journalist, Dave Hodges of the Common Sense Show, has been one of the leading reporters on Jade Helm 15, and what the upcoming military exercise really means for Americans. Dave was gracious enough to co-host with my broadcast partner, Jason, as I was away working and could not make the show.

Some of the topics covered with Dave over the course of the broadcast include the coming financial collapse, the fact that your money belongs to the bank, bank bail-ins, the MERS fraud, “Red-List” hit-squads and the round-up of dissidents.

In addition, Dave reveals that the Walmart closings are meant to convert the stores into “supply depots” for weapons and supplies. While referencing the Baltic Dry Index, Dave also lays out his 3-step process for Martial Law. First, food shortages, then food riots and, lastly, the population begs for Martial Law.

Another contributor at Before It’s News, Lisa Haven, writes:

“…the battlefield may no longer be limited to regions afar, but may include the U.S. homeland.”

That is the unnerving quote found in a government study titled “Unconventional Operational Concept and the Homeland.”

While America may not yet feel like we are living in the middle of a battlefield, we could very well become caught in the coming battle many are projecting for the the near future…at least that is what the Department of Defense wants citizens to believe.

Considering the United States government has been significantly increasing their training preparations with massive military drills like Jade Helm and the stockpiling of ammo, guns, body armor and the like. The possibility of some type of crisis or the declaration of martial law could become a reality a lot sooner than I would like to believe.

An additional concern is the pacification of society to militarized vehicles. Just a few days ago a tipster sent me a video clip displaying the local police department dressed in SWAT gear with MRAPS, gas masks and riot gear at a Child Safety Event!

Lisa Haven continues:

The Unconventional Operational Concept and the Homeland Report was prepared as part of the Defense Science Board 2007 Summer Study on Challenges to Military Operations in Support of National Interests. It delves into the possibility of a catastrophe or crisis here at home while our military is deployed abroad at war or some other military issue. If that happens then the DOD will be called upon to act here in America. This document ensures preparations for that.

HERE ARE A FEW IMPORTANT POINTS WITHIN THE REPORT:

Assuring Deployment and Supply: Three areas seemed most important for DOD attention: (1) critical infrastructure protection and/or resiliency, (2) logistics, and (3) family and individual preparedness. A fourth area, military installation protection and preparedness, was the subject of a recent DSB task force.

Page xiii-

“In the interagency arena, a positive example of how things should work can be found in the Joint Interagency Task Force – South. This pairing of military and civilian government agencies under a unified command structure provides for routine interaction between the entities that will need to work together effectively during a crisis.”

Page xvi-

“Possibly the most neglected member of the homeland security/defense team is the private sector. The private sector owns most of the infrastructure and will be the most effective in protecting (given timely and adequate threat information) and restoring its function after an attack. As such, it must be an integral member of the team alongside government actors in federal planning and information-sharing activities.

Relationships between sector owners and operators and their federal agency interfaces are uneven—a striking condition that emerged during the course of this study. In some cases, especially where there is a history of a non-regulatory partnership, like the defense industrial base and energy sectors, relationships were positive, characterized by open and frequent communication and information sharing. Others were more one-way, with the federal “partner” more controlling and didactic. The realization that the sectors have more intimate knowledge of not only their own sectors, but their ties to other sectors, has yet to be well understood and embraced at the federal level.”

Consequences of Catastrophe, how our America will fall apart:

Failure of critical infrastructure- lack of goods and services

Insufficient professional resources to deal with multiple catastrophes

National Will hard to focus- Public anger manifested through misguided, vigilante-style attacks.

mpaired ability of national, state, and local gov to govern- lack of, or confusing, communications, fractured local authority, insufficient, disorganized emergency response. Without adequate preparedness at all levels of government, across the private sector, and among the populace, the post-attack results could indeed become catastrophic.

Some outcomes might include:

– Flight. Remaining in place would prove untenable for many people for actual or perceived reasons.

– Breakdown of mutual aid agreements. Resource-intensive incidents are typically handled through mutual aid agreements within the National Guard, first responder, and medical communities. When under attack, however, leaders in unaffected regions might opt not to support interregional common aid agreements and to conserve their resources in case they are needed locally.

– Breakdown of civil order. Looting, vigilante actions, gang violence, riots, and civil disobedience would further stress first responders.

– Failure of quarantine. Many will be reluctant to stay confined.

– Hoarding. People will rush to amass excess goods to stock up after the attack.

– “Shoot your neighbor.” As people perceive the social and civil situation deteriorating, they will escalate the force they use as a first resort to protect home and family from interlopers (“shoot first, ask questions later”)

– Rampant rumors. Media will promulgate messages from many sources without confirmation.

– Population center “meltdowns.” Many U.S. population centers are located where life without infrastructure services will be difficult to sustain, such as in the desert southwest in summer and northern cities in winter.

“The study found nothing in legislation, directives, or other documents to prevent a more aggressive posture and engagement by DOD.”

Page 11:

The Posse Comitatus Act is typically viewed as a restriction on DOD engagement since it punishes those who “…except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully use any part of the Army or Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws….” A statutory exception to posse comitatus allows the President or other key government officials special authorizations for engaging the military in domestic situations. That authority has been exercised sparingly; examples include granting the U.S. Coast Guard law enforcement authorities and allowing the military to share information and equipment with civilian law enforcement, while prohibiting its ability to make arrests or conduct searches and seizures.

“After the incidents on September 11, 2001, the nation was forced into a new level of national preparedness against attack on the homeland. The Department of Homeland Security was created to take the lead role in homeland security.”

Page 20: Hypothetical scenario and what they will do:

For purposes of this discussion, the study assumed a multi-point attack on the United States that is severe enough for the President to declare the nation “under attack,” with federal authorities in overall control. Under such conditions, national resources will be stretched to the point where demands for national and international requests will go unmet. Local resources will also be overwhelmed and could face societal panic, if people feel localities are unable to provide law and order, medical care, municipal services (water, refuse), food, energy, trade, transportation, information system availability, and protection from the elements. Under such a scenario, two critical warfighting requirements occur simultaneously: defending against domestic catastrophe and ensuring deployment and supply. Domestic catastrophes occur in an environment of a large, undisciplined population, and these violent attacks can have a destabilizing effect on society. On the other hand, military deployment and supply take place in a disciplined organization, trained to accomplish the mission. Yet the two are linked—military deployment and supply is critically dependent on infrastructure elements that may be destroyed or severely compromised in a domestic catastrophe. Furthermore, both missions will draw on many of the same people and equipment, as discussed in the previous chapter. The protection challenge for the U.S infrastructure is significant, as illustrated in Table 5.

“Americans have been conditioned over many decades to assume disaster relief assistance will come from communities adjacent to military installations and that other federal and state assets will be available.

“In the event of coordinated asymmetric attacks in many parts of the country and/or simultaneously with a natural disaster or avian flu pandemic, emergency responders and relief organizations may not be able to move across local or state borders. Resources will be severely strained and responders will be busy dealing with or preparing to deal with disaster on their home turf.”

Page 36:

“According to FEMA, there are over 2,200 Citizens Corp Councils serving areas containing 75 percent of the total U.S. population.”

Page 43- FUSION CENTERS!!!!!!!!!

“Since 9/11 many state and local jurisdictions have established “fusion” centers for the purpose of collecting information on terrorist threats from a wide range of sources—including criminal investigations, the media, and tips from the public.”

“Today 46 states and the District of Columbia have operating fusion centers to create a fuller picture of potential threats in their area.”

Page 44:

“The consensus among these sectors suggested that the GCC/SCC “partnership” concept is good because it provides an opportunity to build trust among all stakeholders.”

GET EDUCATED, NOT JUST OPINIONATED!

How many Americans have actually bothered to read the Constitution, let alone the first ten amendments to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights (a quick read at 462 words)?

Take a few minutes and read those words for yourself—rather than having some court or politician translate them for you—and you will be under no illusion about where to draw the line when it comes to speaking your mind, criticizing your government, defending what is yours, doing whatever you want on your own property, and keeping the government’s nose out of your private affairs.

In an age of overcriminalization, where the average citizen unknowingly commits three crimes a day, and even the most mundane activities such as fishing and gardening are regulated, government officials are constantly telling Americans what not to do. Yet it was not always this way. It used to be “we the people” telling the government what it could and could not do. Indeed, the three words used most frequently throughout the Bill of Rights in regards to the government are “no,” “not” and “nor.”

Compare the following list of “don’ts” the government is prohibited from doing with the growing list of abuses to which “we the people” are subjected on a daily basis, and you will find that we have reached a state of crisis wherein the government is routinely breaking the law and violating its contractual obligations.

For instance, the government is NOT allowed to restrict free speech, press, assembly or the citizenry’s ability to protest and correct government wrongdoing. Nevertheless, the government continues to prosecute whistleblowers, persecute journalists, cage protesters, criminalize expressive activities, crack down on large gatherings of citizens mobilizing to voice their discontent with government policies, and insulate itself and its agents from any charges of wrongdoing (or what the courts refer to as “qualified immunity”).

The government may NOT infringe on a citizen’s right to defend himself. Nevertheless, in many states, it’s against the law to carry a concealed weapon (gun, knife or even pepper spray), and the average citizen is permitted little self-defense against militarized police officers who shoot first and ask questions later.

The government may NOT enter or occupy a citizen’s house without his consent (the quartering of soldiers). Nevertheless, government soldiers (i.e., militarized police) carry out more than 80,000 no-knock raids on private homes every year, while maiming children, killing dogs and shooting citizens.

The government may NOT carry out unreasonable searches and seizures on the citizenry or their possessions. NOR can government officials issue warrants without some evidence of wrongdoing (probable cause). Unfortunately, what is unreasonable to the average American is completely reasonable to a government agent, for whom the ends justify the means. In such a climate, we have no protection against roadside strip searches, blood draws, DNA collection, SWAT team raids, surveillance or any other privacy-stripping indignity to which the government chooses to subject us.

The government is NOT to deprive anyone of life, liberty or property without due process. Nevertheless, the government continues to incarcerate tens of thousands of Americans whose greatest crime is being poor and brown-skinned. The same goes for those who are put to death, some erroneously, by a system weighted in favor of class and wealth.

The government may NOT take private property for public use without just compensation. Nevertheless, under the guise of the “greater public interest,” the government often hides behind eminent domain laws in order to allow megacorporations to tear down homes occupied by less prosperous citizens in order to build high-priced resorts and shopping malls.

Government agents may NOT force a citizen to testify against himself. Yet what is the government’s extensive surveillance network that spies on all of our communications but a thinly veiled attempt at using our own words against us?

The government is NOT allowed to impose excessive fines on the citizenry or inflict cruel and unusual punishments upon them. Nevertheless Americans are subjected to egregious fines and outrageous punishments for minor traffic violations, student tardiness and absence from school, and generally having the misfortune of being warm bodies capable of filling privatized, profit-driven jails.

The government is NOT permitted to claim any powers that are not expressly granted to them by the Constitution. This prohibition has become downright laughable as the government continues to claim for itself every authority that serves to swell its coffers, cement its dominion, and expand its reach.

Despite what some special interest groups have suggested to the contrary, the problems we’re experiencing today did not arise because the Constitution has outlived its usefulness or become irrelevant, nor will they be solved by a convention of states or a ratification of the Constitution.

No, as I document in my new book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the problem goes far deeper. It can be traced back to the point at which “we the people” were overthrown as the center of the government. As a result, our supremacy has been undone, our authority undermined, and our experiment in democratic self-governance left in ruins. No longer are we the rulers of this land. We have long since been deposed and dethroned, replaced by corporate figureheads with no regard for our sovereignty, no thought for our happiness, and no respect for our rights.

In other words, without our say-so and lacking any mandate, the point of view of the Constitution has been shifted from “we the people” to “we the government.” Our taxpayer-funded employees—our appointed servants—have stopped looking upon us as their superiors and started viewing as their inferiors. Unfortunately, we’ve gotten so used to being dictated to by government agents, bureaucrats and militarized police alike that we’ve forgotten that WE are supposed to be the ones calling the shots and determining what is just, reasonable and necessary.

Then again, we’re not the only ones guilty of forgetting that the government was established to serve us as well as obey us. Every branch of government, from the Executive to the Judicial and Legislative, seems to be suffering this same form of amnesia. Certainly, when government programs are interpreted from the government’s point of view (i.e., the courts and legislatures), there is little the government CANNOT do in its quest for power and control.

We’ve been so brainwashed and indoctrinated into believing that the government is actually looking out for our best interests, when in fact the only compelling interesting driving government programs is maintain power and control by taking away our money and control. This vital truth, that the government exists for our benefit and operates at our behest, seems to have been lost in translation over two centuries dominated by government expansion, endless wars and centralized federal power.

Have you ever wondered why the Constitution begins with those three words “we the people”? It was intended to be a powerful reminder that everything flows from the citizenry. We the people are the center of the government and the source of its power. That “we” is crucial because it reminds us that there is power and safety in numbers, provided we stand united. We can accomplish nothing alone.

This is the underlying lesson of the Constitution, which outlines the duties and responsibilities of government. It was a mutual agreement formed by early Americans in order to ensure that when problems arose, they could address them together.

It’s like the wagon trains of the Old West, comprised of individual groups of pioneers. They rarely ventured out alone but instead traveled as convoys. And when faced with a threat, these early Americans formed their wagons into a tight circle in order to defend against invaders. In doing so, they presented a unified front and provided protection against an outside attack. In much the same way, the Constitution was intended to work as an institutionalized version of the wagon circle, serving as a communal shield against those who would harm us.

Unfortunately, we have been ousted from that protected circle, left to fend for ourselves in the wilderness that is the American frontier today. Those who did the ousting—the courts, the politicians, and the corporations—have since replaced us with yes-men, shills who dance to the tune of an elite ruling class. In doing so, they have set themselves as the central source of power and the arbiters of what is just and reasonable.

Once again we’re forced to navigate hostile terrain, unsure of how to protect ourselves and our loved ones from militarized police, weaponized drones, fusion centers, Stingray devices, SWAT team raids, the ongoing military drills on American soil, the government stockpiling of ammunition, the erection of mass detention centers across the country, and all other manner of abuses.

READ THE SMOKE SIGNALS, AND THE WARNING IS CLEAR!

IT’S TIME TO CIRCLE THE WAGONS FOLKS!

THE GOVERNMENT IS ON THE WARPATH!

WE HAVE BECOME A NATION OF COWARDS!

NEED PROOF? KEEP IN MIND WHAT OBAMA HAS DONE TO FEDERAL AGENCIES:

If we are to have any hope of surviving whatever is coming at us, we’ll need to keep our wits about us and present a unified front. Most of all, we need to restore “we the people” to our rightful place at the center of government. How we do that depends largely on each community’s willingness to get past their partisan politics and blind allegiance to uniformed government officials and find common ground.

To put it a little more bluntly, stop thinking like mindless government robots and start acting like a powerhouse of citizens vested with the power to say “enough is enough.”

WE HAVE THE NUMBERS TO STAND OUR GROUND!
