Blaine Cooper: “Finicum Left His Firearms at Refuge the Day Police Killed Him” (Audio)
In the article below, the shooting of Robert LaVoy Finicum is examined in closer detail. Eye witnesses say the FBI shot and killed Finicum in cold blood, while the FBI maintains that Finicum was reaching for a loaded semi-automatic 9mm tucked into his pants.
First, we’ll take a look at the footage that is played in very slow motion and zoomed in that is provided by the FBI, and taken from the helicopter above. Then, we’ll hear Victoria Sharp’s eyewitness account of what she said she saw, which was a murder in cold blood. Third, a former police officer and current NRA instructor will give his assessment of what the video shows, and finally Blaine Cooper goes on the record in an interview where he claims that Robert LaVoy Finicum didn’t even have his firearm with him at the time, because it was still at the refuge when he was shot to death.
NOTE OF INTEREST: It is well known to all who know Robert LaVoy Finicum, that he was never in his life seen carrying a 9mm tucked into his pants as the police and FBI are claiming. Instead, his firearm of choice was ALWAYS a Colt Revolver holstered with a shoulder harness.
The following FBI footage is at the heart of the contested shooting of Robert LaVoy Finicum. The FBI released the following video to the Oregonian, claiming that Finicum reached for a loaded 9mm in his pants pocket, forcing police to shoot him.

In the following video, listen carefully to this 18 year old’s testimony. She was in the midst of the Burns, Oregon ambush on the Bundy group.
Federal thugs controlled by criminal government factions peppered about 120 shots into the Bundy’s vehicles of which a young Victoria escaped alive to give this testimony. Anyone that was in the same car as Victoria should have been dead with the kind of high powered “assault weapons” wielded by the FBI and police.

Cooper also goes in-depth into what his past criminal charges actually were and how the government has a way of stacking multiple charges onto one instance which in turn can make 3-4 actual occurrences look like 16. “It’s called trumping up charges.”

From the very moment patriot rancher LaVoy Finicum was killed on an Oregon highway and Ammon Bundy and his group were arrested in the same spot, speculation has run rampant as to what actually happened and who may have been the snitch.
Militiaman Blaine Cooper, who was not arrested and was seemingly nowhere to be found after the arrests, has been a major part of that speculation as no one really knew where he was or what part he may have played. Couple that with the mans criminal record and many thought they had found the informant.

When asked why he was not at the refuge shortly after Bundy and his group were ambushed on the highway, Cooper responded that he was indeed there AFTER the arrest of the Bundy brothers and murder of Lavoy Finicum. This is a key detail as many have accused Cooper of leaving before the arrests which in itself would be suspicious.
“We were all there in a group, in the chow hall, and there was a vote over who wanted to wanted to stay and who wanted to go… this was before the roadblocks were put in place,” Cooper claimed.
“I told all of the people there that it would prolly be in our best interest to leave armed in a convoy. Some people wanted to go and some wanted to stay and thats what happened…. and we went into a different state where we were safe, about a 100 militia, and we are just standing by right now and seeing how it plays out. We barely made it out.”

Cooper continued, “I didn’t leave until after Lavoy was killed and murdered. We were there at the refuge holding it down while they went into the neighboring county to talk about the Constitution. While we were there at the refuge someone said Lavoy was killed and the others arrested.”
“Once we found it was in fact real, that they killed him, we got everybody together and we were preparing for a defense because we thought they were coming in right then to kill us.”
The host interviewing Cooper then dropped a bombshell when he claimed that he had information that indicated that Finicum had left ALL his weapons at the refuge before leaving for what ended up being his last drive – he was killed by government agents on an Oregon highway shortly after.
Cooper, who again claims to have been at the refuge when Ammon, Finicum, and the others left, then stated, “When they left to go over to the other county, all of them left their weapons behind. As far as Ammon wasn’t armed, LaVoy wasn’t armed, all of LaVoys weapons were at the refuge when he left.”
The host then moves into the state of mind Finicum must have been in when he rolled up to the FBI checkpoint, especially when considering the history of the FBI and their penchant for murder.
At this point in the interview Cooper interjects with yet another bombshell, revealing why Finicum actually drove away from the police stop in the first place.
“The only reason he drove off was because he was being fired at so he drove off so he didn’t get shot. Theres two rounds in the top of his truck that they were able to photograph. Thats why he drove off and tried to get around there because he was afraid they were going to kill him. And he was right.”
To recap, Blaine Cooper, a member of the refuge occupation from the beginning, has now gone on the record with claims that ALL of the people arrested on the highway, as well as the man killed, were completely and totally unarmed.
Obviously these claims go in stark contrast to those made by the FBI and reported by the mainstream media.
This is a truly important interview that contains key details and background information that before now has only been speculated on. While there is no way to independently confirm much of what is said, it at least provides information from the perspective of someone who was there.

Blaine sounds straight up. I doubt this guy was a C.I. because if he was, why would he call in knowing he was going to get hit hard with questions? I don’t blame him for not calling back after being disconnected, the host was very unprofessional, even for an alternative show.
I found the host quite annoying.

But I said before when finicum stopped in that truck, I bet any amount they were firing at him to get him to run, that is why the audio was muted or taken out.. It won’t matter anyways, the judge won’t rule against the feds on any of this.. Ammon might get off if he has a really good lawyer but I don’t think he will either because of some of the stuff he says, to me it sounds like he doesn’t fully understand the current law of the u.s and the past constiutional law that they no longer apply unelss they want to. Since 1933 the u.s bankruptcy, they u.s fell into receivership with the fed reserve, and new ucc codes and laws were implemented that tie citizens into commerce law.. That is why you need a license to do anything these days, because its a permit that ties us all into commerce and ucc international business law. These judges can use either constitutional law or commerce law, and I bet any amount they will be using commerce law and these men will do 10-15 years, including santilli because he was a co-agitator.. If santilli gets off with a slap on the wrist, he will essentially be exposed, because he got off ohio gun charges that would have netter anyone else 10 years..
