Waco/Ruby Ridge Style Shootout Inevitable at Bundy Standoff in Oregon? (Videos)

With the FBI Continuing to Attempt to Shut Down Alternative Media Discussing What is Happening in the Oregon Standoff, information is getting harder and harder to come by, but this is WELL worth it.

In the video below, I explain how the standoff in Burns, Oregon, appears to be going down the road of another Ruby Ridge or Waco style massacre as more gets revealed with each passing day. The biggest difference, is this time the stakes are much higher, and the feds opposition is much better armed and trained than at Ruby Ridge or Waco. Sadly, my assessment of the situation unfolding in Oregon in a post titled, The World is on Fire; Obama Declares U.S. Constitution Public Enemy #1 dated January 4th, is looking like it might be more accurate than I’d like. I’d much rather be wrong, and in a post titled, Oregon Victory – Judge and 2 US Marshals in Route to Restore Constitutional Rule of Law, thanks to the reporting of Michael Emery from AVNETNEWS in collaboration with TVOINEWS, for a time it appeared I might have been wrong. Now, as you’ll see below, that appears to be wishful thinking…

Dave Hodges reported the followings in his post titled, The FBI Assembling Death Squads As They Bring In 200 Vehicles to Oregon

Fox and CNN are part of the movement to supplant the Constitution of the United States. Their daily reports which characterize Ammon Bundy, Pete Santilli and the rest of the Bundy camp as being gun-toting revolutionaries looking to shoot government agents is not only a blatant lie, representative of the worst of yellow journalism, but Fox and CNN are the propaganda arm of this administration’s desire to overturn the Bill of Rights while they impose their “Bill of Wrongs”.  In the lawless future that Fox and CNN promote, private property will go the way of the dinosaur.

We are watching history in the making. What happens in this Oregon stand-off is pivotal for property rights and the freedom to peaceable assemble in the future. By the way, both of these activities are protected under the Constitution. Please note that the FBI agents refused to accept a pocket version of Constitution from the Bundy group. The FBI knows what they are doing is wrong and they don’t want any reminders of their unconstitutional behavior. Hence, the FBI agents and their refusal to accept a pocket version of the Constitution. The refusal of these FBI “guards” to accept a pocket size version of the Constitution is the symbolic event of this whole ordeal.

Ammon Bundy was to meet with the FBI to discuss the present situation. The FBI was a no-show. Would the FBI rather have the Oregon situation turn out like Waco with a Godless result in which hundreds of Constitutional supporting Americans are murdered at the hands of their own government?

The F.B.I.’s refusal to accept a copy of the Constitution is PRECISELY why Americans are so furious, PRECISELY why Ammon Bundy and his militia are in Oregon to begin with, and PRECISELY why gun owners and law abiding Americans might very well erupt into a national uprising if the Oregon Standoff turns out like Ruby Ridge or Waco, Texas did. 

We have a lawless President who usurped the oval office unlawfully to begin with, and who seems hellbent on turning the United States into a lawless Banana Republic. For proof of that, one need look no further than the simple fact that Hillary still hasn’t been charged for her crimes, when countless insiders have said there is enough evidence against her to easily warrant a conviction, much less the indictment. 

The reality that Bundy is trying to get across in the video below is that the American system of law has a dual system: a federal court system and a state court system. Each court is limited by political and jurisdictional boundaries. Generally, if a crime occurs inside city limits, the local police investigate. Crimes inside the county, but outside city limits, are generally the responsibility of the sheriff, and finally, the State Police have jurisdiction anywhere in the state, but most state police agencies restrict themselves to highways and state matters, but will sometimes assist very small jurisdictions that can not investigate because of a lack of resources or manpower, neither of which is the case here. 

The point is, the F.B.I. CANNOT just come in and take over local matters, let alone bring a militaristic arsenal with them, unless they can prove jurisdiction. Their jurisdiction includes crimes involving federal officials, federal statutes, or federal property, and when handed a copy of the Constitution demonstrating that the refuge was NOT federal property, because the BLM took the property by FORCE, without due process, and without just compensation as required by the Constitution, the feds refused it. The Fifth Amendment the F.B.I. and Sheriff Ward want no part of, reads as follows:

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

BURNS, Ore. (INTELLIHUB) — Ammon Bundy and his supporters left the Malheur Wildlife Refuge Friday, along with a group of reporters, to attend a scheduled meeting with the FBI at the Burns Airport. However, the FBI lied to Bundy and failed to uphold their promise from the previous day, sparking the group to go confront Sheriff Dave Ward at the police H.Q. in town.

The entire incident, which followed a broken promise, took place on a cold, windy, ice-covered, street and was captured on video.

Ammon and members of his team arrived in true patriot fashion. Ammon was sporting a real nice suede cowboy hat that matched the plaid, swede shoulder, shirt he was wearing. A pocket constitution was carefully tucked away in his left upper breast pocket.

Ammon’s point of the visit was to ascertain whether or not the FBI was operating in the county under permission from the Sheriff.

“I hope to find out where the Sheriff’s position is on this,” Ammon told a reporter, just before a random passerby said aloud, “his is my town–you people get the hell out of here.”

As Ammon and his group approached, heavily armed law enforcement took a defensive stance.

Seconds later an undersheriff of Ward’s, Lieutenant Deputy Brian Needham, along with Malheur County Sheriff Brian E. Wolfe, and Wheeler County Sheriff  Chris Humphreys, approached Bundy and his people in representation of the weak and unqualified Sheriff Dave Ward, who could care less about anything other than getting the Russian-owned mining company Uranium One up and running in his county on lands promised to the company by the Clinton’s through the bubba system.

The deposits of Uranium allegedly for the Russian owned Uranium One, along with Natural Gas, Mercury, and Arsenic are all well documented in U.S. Geological Survey Bulletin 1740-B. Obama Ordered Hammond Ranch Destroyed

Ammon explained to the undersheriff how he had asked the FBI “four times if the Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Ward, has given them authority to be there […] written authority […] to be enforcing law here in the county.”

“They [the FBI] are taking care of the refuge situation. It’s federal property,” the rookie Needham told Bundy.

“It’s not federal property. The Constitution is pretty clear,” one of the group members explained to Needham.

“That is what the argument is,” Bundy told Needham.

“And even if it [the refuge] is federal property, which it’s not–let’s say I was standing on the grounds of the Post Office which would be federal property–to enforce law on that property they [the FBI] are to come to the County Sheriff and the County Sheriff is to enforce that law–that way the people are protected,” Bundy explained.

“So has the FBI been given permission from the Sheriff’s Department to enforce law in the county,” Bundy asked Needham.

That’s when the rookie slipped up and answered, “At the refuge, yes.”

Needham went on to explain how the FBI set up in a “BLM building.”

“The FBI is here working in conjunction with the Sheriff’s Office,” Sheriff Ward gave them permission to be here, Needham said.

“Ok, that’s all I need to know,” Ammon said as he turned his back and walked away.

“They are in direct violation of the Constitution, the Sheriff is, if he’s given them permission to be there then they are in direct violation of the Constitution. And that’s what we need to know,” Ammon told the press.

As stated above, the issues Ammon Bundy is referring to when he hands the F.B.I. the Constitution, are the issues of “jurisdiction,” and of “constitutionality,” neither of which seems to be of any concern to either the lawless Sheriff David Ward, or Obama’s thugs at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), who were first made famous nationally for their willingness to fire on women and children at the original Bundy Ranch standoff as shown in the video below. 

The video below is just over 8:00 minutes, and be sure to watch all of it. At the 3:45 mark, listen to where a BLM soldier freely states the BLM was given the green light to fire, despite the fact that there were women and children there. A few minutes later, at the 5:45 mark, your stomach is sure to be in your throat when you see what REALLY happened to save the day at the Bundy Ranch. A film director who was there filming the event got so scared Americans were about to start firing on Americans, without thinking dropped his camera, and ran out into the crosshairs and began to try to mediate the situation. Ultimately he was instrumental in the peaceful outcome, but what if he hadn’t been there?

Someone better give him a call and let him know he’s needed in Oregon before there is a government sanctioned bloodbath!

Wikipedia explains the WACO Massacre as follows:

The Waco siege was a siege of a compound belonging to the religious group Branch Davidians by American federal and Texas state law enforcement and US military between February 28 and April 19, 1993. The Branch Davidians, a sect that separated in 1955 from the Seventh-day Adventist Church, was led by David Koresh and lived at Mount Carmel Center ranch in the community of Elk, Texas, nine miles (14 kilometers) east-northeast of Waco. The group was suspected of weapons violations, causing a search and arrest warrant to be obtained by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

The incident began when the ATF attempted to raid the ranch. An intense gun battle erupted, resulting in the deaths of four government agents and six Branch Davidians. Upon the ATF’s failure to raid the compound, a siege was initiated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the standoff lasting 51 days. Eventually, the FBI launched an assault and initiated a tear gas attack in an attempt to force the Branch Davidians out of the ranch. During the attack, a fire engulfed Mount Carmel Center. 76 people died, including David Koresh.

Much dispute remains as to the actual events of the siege. A particular controversy ensued over the origin of the fire; a government investigation concluded in 2000 that sect members themselves had started the fire. The events near Waco, and the siege at Ruby Ridge less than 12 months earlier were both cited as the primary motivations behind the Oklahoma City bombing that took place exactly two years later.

Wikipedia explains the Ruby Ridge Massacre as follows:

Ruby Ridge was the site of a deadly confrontation and siege in northern Idaho in 1992 between Randy Weaver, his family, and his friend Kevin Harris and agents of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The events resulted in the death of Weaver’s son Sammy, his wife Vicki, and Deputy U.S. Marshal William Francis Degan.

At the subsequent federal criminal trial of Weaver and Harris, Weaver’s attorney Gerry Spence made accusations of “criminal wrongdoing” against every agency involved in the incident: the FBI, the USMS, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF), and the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) for Idaho. At the completion of the trial, the Department of Justice‘s Office of Professional Responsibility formed a Ruby Ridge Task Force to investigate Spence’s charges. The 1994 task force report was released in redacted form by Lexis Counsel Connect, an information service for attorneys. It raised questions about the conduct and policy of all the agencies.
