Martial Law in Burns, Oregon: Post Siege, Feds Terrorizing Local Citizens at Gunpoint
It appears the siege in Burns, Oregon is never ending. At this time, I’d like to call your attention to which group is ACTUALLY doing the terrorizing. Was it Bundy’s group that shot an unarmed man NINE times, or was that the Feds? Was it Bundy’s group that terrorized the local population with everything from check points, random searches, and even pointing loaded guns to the heads of local civilians? No, that would be the feds, and we’re talking about AFTER everyone has already surrendered.
Perhaps I shouldn’t even call them the feds? The following is from the post titled, Report: Massive Number of Heavily Armed Paramilitary Operating in Burns, Oregon:
“In the interview below, Lory Storm says she was there when the new group of men arrived by way of six to seven fully armored Suburbans and MRAPS, armed to the teeth, and wearing full body armor. She says based on the behavior of the men, the fact that they claim to represent the governor and state police, and because their body armor and Suburbans have no patches or insignias on them, it leads her to believe the new group is some type of mercenary outfit contracted by someone within government.”
If you watch the video below, you can hear for yourself that the men who rolled into Burns in their fully armored trucks and armed to the teeth refuse to identify themselves. Not that the government has ANY business acting as unlawfully as we’ve seen in Burns, but if these people refuse to identify themselves, then that tells me they are not government agents making them little more than vigilantes. They are hired thugs.

I have to assume the reason this current extension of the crime syndicate in D.C. (aka the mercenaries in Burns) are stopping people and conducting illegal searches, is because without those jarheads being bona fide members of law enforcement, they’re lucky some citizen of Burns hasn’t thoroughly ventilated one or two of them already.
As I have documented, The FBI Has Been Attempting to Shut Down All Forms of Alternative Media With Regard to the Oregon Standoff, so I have to assume at some point this post will be seen. For that reason I will not say what I really feel, because I live in fear of what my government might do to me if I did.
I will say this: Those boys in Oregon needed help… because they were willing to stand up and fight the very same abuses taking place RIGHT NOW with impunity now that they are all locked up. As a country, “We the People” let them down. That’s as much as I’ll say. For those who don’t already know, I reviewed the current policy in place regarding what the Department of Homeland Insecurity has labeled as “Domestic Extremism” in a post titled, The Department Of Justice Prepares To Step Up War On “Domestic Extremists:”
In a 2012 Department of Defense training manual, obtained by Judicial Watch via a FOIA request, Obama’s DHS, the same DHS that has an arsenal of 12 BILLION HOLLOW POINT BULLETS I might add, has defined a “domestic extremist” as:
“Americans who are ‘reverent of individual liberty,’ and ‘suspicious of centralized federal authority’ are possible ‘extreme right-wing’ terrorists.
The document linked above also lists people who embrace “individual liberties” and honor “states’ rights,” among other characteristics, as potential “extremists” who are likely to be members of “hate groups.”
Finally, the document goes on to call the Founding Fathers, “extremists.”
Many did not agree with Ammon Bundy’s course of action. To them I’d like to ask if they think those being abused RIGHT NOW by contracted mercenaries in Burns have the time to wait for “letters to Congress,” or whatever other ideas Bundy’s critics suggested instead of the ones Bundy used. Would I have done what Bundy did? No, but only because I’m not half the man he is to have stood up for the rest of us, while we all do nothing. I am man enough to admit that. With the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge finally over after the four remaining occupants surrendered to the FBI without bloodshed, the mainstream media has largely turned their focus away from Harney County and the small Oregon town that became the epicenter of revolt against gross federal government overreach.
Despite this, there remains an extremely important story to tell, one that includes all the hallmarks of a literal police state including road blocks, road closures, check points, private mercenaries, papers please demands, and even guns pointed directly at the heads of law-abiding American citizens.
While one can imagine that the de facto martial law across Harney County may soon come to an end, (will it?!?) the fact remains that this happened in an American state, to American citizens and literally nothing is being said about it in the mainstream media or by the numerous FBI officials who keep telling the public that this was all for their own safety.
Remember, Intellihub News has already documented the fact that the rumors and eyewitness reports of private mercenaries operating within Burns, Oregon are indeed true.
Amid rumors of armed drones above the skies of Burns, Oregon as well as private mercenaries operating within the town, new, credible eyewitness reports have emerged that confirm the existence of a massive amount of heavily armed paramilitary government forces patrolling both the city and the roads leading to the wildlife refuge.
And now, thanks to some great independent reporting done by one Diane Rodgers, we can now put together even more pieces of the puzzle and the emerging picture is one straight out of Orwell’s 1984.
In her report, Rodgers details her trip to Burns, Oregon in search for the truth and what she found should send shivers down the spines of all freedom loving Americans.
According to Diane’s reporting, (and confirmed by a recent Intellihub investigation as well as multiple eyewitness videos) the small town of Burns, Oregon was literally turned into a what can only be described as a third world style authoritarian police state. Road blocks, closures, and forced check points became a common occurrence with citizens being randomly pulled over by authorities wearing no insignia who demanded their ID’s under threat of death.

Rodgers reported:
One rancher, Thom Davis, related his story in which he had a slowly dying horse on the range that needed to be humanly put down in order to relieve its suffering.
The only trouble being that he was not that far from one of these check points and feared that should he have ended the horse’s suffering with a shot to the head, he too would have suffered the same fate. A fate that was later confirmed when he talked to the sheriff.
Although there are dozens of eyewitness claims that correlate with the one above, perhaps the most horrific example of “martial law” in Burns is that of the one provided by local Alexandra Puckett.
While initially attempting to stay off of social media during the occupation of Burns, Puckett eventually published a Facebook update regarding what her husband and his mother had gone through while attempting to lawfully go to their ranch. Remember, this is in an American city, being conducted by the very agencies (and private companies?!?) who are publicly claiming that they are in town to protect the people.
“They had to go to the ranch to feed the cattle and were completely harassed by federal agents that are watching the refuge. “Harassed” is not really a term befitting what they did,” wrote Puckett.
“Forced out of the rig at gunpoint. Handcuffed at gunpoint. Forced my husband to his knees with a gun pointed directly at his face. Guns pointed at my mother in laws face. Full body searches. Completely searched the vehicle and all its contents, even drove the vehicle,” she continued.
As if this wasn’t bad enough, Puckett then described how one of the agents was a literal bully, threatening her husband simply for being an American citizen on an American road attempting to access his private property.
“At one point an agent threatened to bash my husband in the balls while he was on his knees with a gun in his face! Really???? This is a prime example of excessive force by people who have been given authority roles and take their power too far.”
So there you have it. Oregon citizens were terrorized at gunpoint by armed thugs all in the name of protecting the people from citizens occupying a random wildlife refuge that literally never used violence on even one occasion.
Obviously there is vastly more to the story and the seemingly unimaginable response to the occupation of the wildlife refuge proves that the powers that be are indeed scared out of their minds that the American people will actually wake up in mass to their crimes and corruption.

That is only the beginning. Obama will not stop in Oregon but will continue until he has our guns and then our bodies. Mr. Obama has an aura about him that leaders cannot go against his orders. Those who have tried, like the 200 generals, are removed from service and replaced with others who agree with him. This country is in bad shape and will most likely fall to Barack Obama before too long. Once he has established his dictatorship he will never leave because there isn’t anyone who can make him leave. Once he has taken our guns we will be enslaved and forced to serve him.
You don’t have to put up with this baloney. Sure, they are all tough at a roadblock when they are harassing some elderly folks. But see how tough they are when they get the attention of the entire town. And you don’t even need violence. Simply SHUN THEM. Do no business with them. Sell them no goods, no gas, no food, rent them no housing, until they leave. Stick together and you can run them out. If you don’t resist now, while you still may be able to. You will be left with only violent options if you do nothing….
