US Government Guilty of Treason in Oregon; New Bill to Remove BLM’S Power (Video)
It is extremely important that the following information (all of which is being covered-up by all mainstream media outlets) get out to the American public! Please help to share with everyone you know. For those not familiar with ALL the details of what happened during the takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge by militia from around the country, a list of links documenting the events are listed chronological order at the end of this post, including the FBI-Sanctioned Assassination of LaVoy Finicum (Video).
The political prisoners currently being held as a result of what took place in Burns, Oregon, are a perfect example of how Due Process, and “Innocent until proven guilty” no longer apply to Americans when corruption leading all the way to the White House is involved. That is precisely why Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz has introduced House Bill, titled “H.R.4751 – Local Enforcement for Local Lands Act of 2016.” The Bill was introduced following numerous reports of gross negligence on the part of the BLM and other agencies, leading up to the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge, which ended with the death of rancher LaVoy Finicum and the arrest of other alleged ‘conspirators’ which was really no more than the federal government trying to cover its tracks.

In the second video below, James White and Tim Brown of Northwest Liberty News, interview the Nevada Assemblywoman, Michele Fiore, who you may recall was one of the key players involved in brokering the peaceful surrender of the last remaining members at the federal refuge in Oregon. The final hours of that siege and brokered deal can be heard HERE. It was Michele Fiore who gave her word to the remaining members in the compound that she would stand with them, if they peacefully surrendered, and true to her word, she has done just that. In the interview below, learn how the political prisoners being held have been stripped of Due Process.
We live in a time when most politicians from both parties can hardly spell the word integrity, much less exercise any, so for an Assemblywoman from Nevada to travel to Oregon because she saw liberty under attack, that makes her a true American Patriot cut from the finest cloth. She understands that that liberty has no state boundaries, and when no one else came to the aid of Ammon Bundy and his group after they were apprehended in a shootout that resulted in the Assassination of Lavoy Finicum, she rose to the occasion.

In the third video, a member of the Oath Keepers holds up documents in his hand which he says link the BLM, US Department of Fish and Wildlife, Congress, and legislators in Oregon and Nevada, to government corruption, claiming that with those documents, every one of those listed could be indicted. He says he has 4,000 pages of evidence that can obtain the release of the patriots who are behind bars and put those in government who deserve to be in prison in their place. They lead all the way to the White House and confirmed the shocking level of corruption revealed in the first video above from the post titled, Breaking News: Obama Orders Hammond Ranch Destroyed!

The push to expose the treachery that is taking place within this government as it pertains to our public lands, particularly in the West, moved to Portland Or and beyond, as an event was held on Saturday on the steps of the Portland, OR, City Hall.

He credits the American Bar Association with the hijacking of all three branches of government. He cites Article 6, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution as supporting assertions, but there is only one section to article 6, perhaps he intended to quote Article 6, Clause 2, which states: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. He then quotes Marbury v. Madison and its upholding of the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land.
His contention is that the acts of the various individuals and governmental bodies referenced are illegal usurpation of the Constitution, private property rights and the public lands. There are also allegations of corruption on the part of Uranium One and those involved in its dealings, individuals like Harry Reid and Hillary Clinton. He issues a plea to those in attendance and others for action and help in arresting the perpetrators in power and regaining not only the liberty of the Bundy and Hammond Family members and their supporters, but the American people as a whole.
He and others are angry over more of the same, endless and progressive government overreach and abuse of power. They are also still stinging from what many perceive as the cold-blooded calculated murder or at a minimum excessive use of deadly force in the death of LaVoy Finicum.
He also gets into the federal government’s improper regulating of water, both generally and as a mineral, an absurd stretch of the dictionary and common sense, neither of which is unusual for this out of control bureaucracy feeding its greed and addiction to authoritarian power.

Next, Shepard Ambellas at Intellihub reports on the new Bill before the House of Representatives to strip the BLM of its powers:
A new bill introduced to Congress on Mar. 16, by Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, will strip authoritative policing powers from the Bureau of Land Management along with the U.S. Forest Service and hand the powers over to local Sheriffs as was originally intended.

In an exclusive interview conducted by Intellihub’s Shepard Ambellas, Ryan Bundy, one of the ‘Oregon Occupiers,’ stated that Dwight Hammond was in fear of his life after being terrorized and threatened by the U.S. Government.
“I am actually pretty disappointed in that but I do understand their decision. It was the Hammond’s decision themselves to turn themselves in,” Ryan Bundy told Ambellas.
“My personal feelings are—well I had a direct conversation with Dwight Hammond just two days ago and I asked Dwight: is this really what you want? Do you really want to go to prison? Is that what you really feel you want to do? And well he got angry at me. He said, of course not, of course not. But he said they will put a bullet in my head. He goes they will kill me without hesitation. And he goes, and they will throw me in the back of the truck. And he goes, I will not be the only body there. […] They—meant anyone else supporting them. And so he reported to prison not out of duty, not out of respect for the government, not out of guilt for crime that they say he committed, it was simply out of fear of the oppressive government.”

Finally, in the last video, Gavin Seim talks about what We the People can do to help our brothers and sisters in the liberty movement who are currently being held captive in Portland, Oregon. They are being held as political prisoners, or as prisoners of war you might say, by a lawless federal government that has declared war on liberty, the Constitution of the United States, and We the good people of this nation. In the video, Gavin discusses three things that those of us out here can do to help Ammon Bundy & Co.
Why should you help? Simply put, if you claim to be a patriot, and you value the liberty our forefathers fought and died for, then it’s your duty to help. It’s your duty to help because we no longer live in a nation of liberty. Frankly, we don’t even live in a nation of law anymore. The federal government has waged war on your rights, and they violate the law with impunity.
When push came to shove, Ammon Bundy and Co. put their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor on the line to stand up for YOUR rights, the same rights that many Americans are too ignorant to even realize are being trampled… because it hasn’t affected them personally… yet! But it will…
It’s time for those of us who are not in jail stop making excuses for why we can’t get involved, and help our fellow countrymen. As Gavin puts it, it’s time we either stand up for liberty, or we show our true colors, which is to say that we were never FOR liberty to begin with. You can’t be FOR liberty solely when it’s convenient for you. That’s not how it works. The good folks from the Malheur Wildlife Refuge are rotting in jail right now, and without due process. Because they are in jail, and because they are not able to provide for their families, it’s their loved ones at home who are suffering greatly as well, some just trying to survive.

In the video, Gavin discusses three things we can do to be helping our fellow patriots who the government won’t release. If you happen to be one of those people who “takes issue with the tactics used by the group that occupied the Malheur Wildlife Refuge,” so that’s how you ”rationalize” not standing up and helping, then this is a perfect time to talk about Gavin’s first suggestion:
#1) GET THE NARRATIVE RIGHT!
What “tactics” didn’t you agree with exactly? Here are the FACTS: The group that occupied Malheur Wildlife Refuge did nothing more than engage in a political protest, so unless you object to the First Amendment, or you object to the Right to Bear Arms, then whatever “tactics” you think they used were a distortion of the truth supplied to you by the mainstream media.
The group occupied the refuge, and their occupation included being armed for self-defense purposes only, NOT for preemptive strikes, a point that was made VERY clear to Sheriff Ward over and over. In other words, the men and women protesting were exercising their rights protected under the Second Amendment to protect their rights, which are to be protected under the First Amendment! To sum up the first thing we can do, start by GETTING THE NARRATIVE CORRECT, and then SPREAD the TRUTH to those still being manipulated by the lies.
#2) START SHOWING UP!
Obviously this won’t be possible for everyone, but if you are within a reasonable distance, start showing up. The group currently being held as political prisoners showed up for you when it counted, and look what it got them! It’s time we return the favor if we have the means to. and that means showing up at the prisons to visit, at local rallies, or even in the courtrooms.
#3) START GIVING!
As I said already, It’s time to stop making excuses. It’s time we either step up for liberty when it matters most, when it’s under attack, or we demonstrate to the world that we were never FOR liberty to begin with. The group being held as prisoners put their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor on the line for you, so even those folks out here living through tough times should be able to spare a few dollars to ease the suffering of those held captive, and the suffering of their loves ones.
