Bundy Oregon Update: Live Interview From Courthouse on Recent Developments
In the second video below, James White, owner and editor of Northwest Liberty News, interviews the Nevada Assemblywoman, Michele Fiore, who you may recall was one of the key players involved in brokering the peaceful surrender of the last remaining members at the federal refuge in Oregon. The final hours of that siege and brokered deal can be heard HERE. It was Michele Fiore who gave her word to the remaining members in the compound that she would stand with them, if they peacefully surrendered, and true to her word, she has done just that.
We live in a time when most politicians from both parties can hardly spell the word integrity, much less exercise any, so for an Assemblywoman from Nevada to travel to Oregon because she saw liberty under attack, that makes her a true American Patriot cut from the finest cloth. She understands that that liberty has no state boundaries, and when no one else came to the aid of Ammon Bundy and his group after they were apprehended in a shootout that resulted in the assassination of Lavoy Finicum, she rose to the occasion.
At the time of the interview below, Michele reports that she was literally just kicked out of the courtroom for answering her phone, so the following information is as first hand as it comes. She was at the hearing where Judge Brown was reportedly set to release Pete Santilli from custody, however a visiting magistrate sitting in for Judge Brown decided against the idea.

In the interview below, Fiore reports that just moments before taking the call, she left the jail where she was visiting with Ammon Bundy, and immediately after Santilli’s hearing her plans were to return to the facility and continue visiting with who she accurately refers to as Political Captives. In addition to an update on the spirits of those being held, when asked if she is one of the 68 patriots the FBI currently has warrants for, and has been arresting for their support or involvement with the Oregon Siege, Fiore reports that nothing would surprise her. She knows the feds would love nothing more than to shut her up. *** Update as of 6pm MST 3.11.16 *** I spoke with Michele Fiore after she left Pete Santilli’s show-trial and she informed me that Pete will remain imprisoned for now. Judge Brown was all set to release Pete, but Judge Brown was not present at the time of the hearing, as a magistrate sat in the judge’s stead. Michele reported that the prosecutor from Nevada crafted quite a tale of lies and deceit regarding Mr. Santilli. Lies that gave the visiting Magistrate pause enough to keep Pete behind bars.
As systemic corruption flourishes both nationally and locally, there are still many fine statesmen, and women, who consider it an honor to serve their constituents. One such person is Nevada Assemblywoman, Michele Fiore.
I had the great pleasure of getting to know Michele while I spent time in Nevada creating a video catalogue of the events in Bunkerville. To me, Michele is what you would call the “real deal,’ and I am proud to call her my friend.
Michele understands that the defense of liberty is without borders, a fact that compelled her to travel to Oregon to visit Ammon Bundy, Pete Santilli and the rest of the Political Captives, as Michele calls them. Michele was gracious enough to take time from her tremendously busy schedule to spend a few minutes with us on NorthWest Liberty News; as we were simulcasting along with Agenda21 Radio host, Paul Preston.
As Michele reported during the interview, there are numerous high-profile attorneys who understand the fraud and corruption that is being perpetrated on those who rallied in Nevada and Oregon; attorneys who have now joined the team of litigators who are standing behind everyone who has been, or will be, prosecuted for participation in either event.
When a nation turns it’s back on God, tyrannical regimes typically take over. The solution? Repent and turn back to God, and your enemies will flee. Let’s see if America can figure that out before most of us end up in shackles.

Good at least someone is doing thier job.
OK – I honestly encountered this myself; with the original judge being “replaced” without notice… What the Judges are doing is deciding if they should keep in the criminal “Maritime Law” Judge, or put in a REAL “Constitutional Law” Judge. This is EXACTLY how their game is played. When they “replace” the first Judge, most of the time they know it will get national attention, and they’ll replace is with the REAL “Constitutional” Judge. They do this so when the public hears the
verdict, it is done right; and no other “Constitutional” lawyer can claim the court was rigged. If they keep the first “Maritime” illegal criminal judge, it will raise all the red flags of the Constitutional lawyer community and the public may find out of the criminal court system.
It is all planned out, and they have it down as a science. Since you know your Constitutional Law, they can not have a Maritime Law judge in place because it will be thrown out, and they will expose their criminal legal system. So you see, it is a balancing juggaling act they play. Now I’m sure the original judge will somehow “Step Down” from the case, so they can “Legally” shift in the Constitutional Judge. And if they aren’t sure, the courts will do it 1 or 2 times of the judges being replaced. Even on the Constitutional Judges, they have those who are known to side with the criminal side, so they need to increase the Judges “level” to be more honorable.
Another “angle” of it is to add additional evidence in a case. I believe once the 1st Judge gets excused, the DA has to refile the case, and at that time, they add in additional or alter the charges and evidence… Thats what they did with me, because they knew they initially filed the wrong charges they knew they could not win, so the judge stepped down and they re-charged me with the new charge (1 letter off)… Too, they knew I was putting up a Constitutional defense against the Maritime judges laws…
Once you go thru it and see it for yourself, you figure out the game the first time…
NOTE – Not the shooting or anything at all like what happened; but the in court process. That part doesn’t change because its all done step by step by step, in a organized structured process. The offense or crime can be different; not the court process is what I implied.
