Ammon Bundy Offers Guilty Plea if Others Are Freed, Despite Being Tortured,
In the first video, I break down some basic developments taking place related to the ongoing captivity of Ammon Bundy and the rest of the political prisoners currently being held captive by an overstepping and out of control federal government. One of the topics covered in the video is the lack of due process shown to Bundy and his fellow captives, as well as the extreme nature of the steps taken by the feds to make sure the group who protested is kept locked away and kept silent so the American people never find out what truly happened.

In the second video, hear a passionate message from political prisoner Eric J. Parker, who’s is currently serving time for his role at the what has come to be known as the original Bundy Ranch standoff. Parker’s crime? When he was advised that agents of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) had tazed, assaulted, and used bite dogs on protesters prior to corralling them into cordoned off areas known as “First Amendment Zones,” where people could lawfully exercise their First Amendment Rights, Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, and Steven Stewart traveled through the night to Nevada with the intent to resist the Government’s abjectly unlawful suppression of rights.
On an overpass, able to observe a group of men, women, and minor children protestors who were preparing to walk toward a gate where agents had corralled 400 or so of Cliven Bundy’s cattle, they witnessed heavily armed agents announce that they were authorized to use lethal force if the crowd moved any closer… to protect cattle.
But for VERY few exceptions, a person MAY NOT use lethal force to defend mere property (especially property the BLM agents did not own), and those exceptions being:
1. There must be a serious and immediate to the person defending (Which there was not in this case)
2. There must be no better way to escape or resolve the circumstance (These were BLM agents vs. minors)
3. The primary intent of the one using lethal force must be to save themselves, NOT the property (Where these minors THAT dangerous?)
Believing that these agents were about to UNLAWFULLY deprive these protesters of life and liberty with lethal force, they established a defensive posture from which, if necessary, they could defend the people below who were guilty of nothing more than exercising their right to free speech. One thing that has still yet to explain why Bundy and the rest of the political prisoners have been denied bail, are being held in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day, and in Ammon Bundy’s case, even starved for a while, is WHAT THEIR CRIME WAS? The question most Americans SHOULD be asking… is WHY have they been denied their fundamental right to due process in the first place? The question is rhetorical: Obama could care less about the Constitution, hover Bundy’s lawyer explains it perfectly when he said:,
“[t]he occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge was nothing more than a political protest, and that protest included being armed for self-defense, not for preemptive strikes. In other words, the men and women protesting were exercising their rights protected under the Second Amendment to protect their rights, which are to be protected under the First Amendment! Apparently, from the DC governments view and many other politicians, these two rights don’t belong together, but that’s not how our forefathers saw things when they dealt with English tyranny.”
As this case plays out in the public arena, it’s important not to let an utterly false stereotype of federal agents paint them in some type of angelic light, and the protesters as deeply troubled deviants. In an effort to help everyday Americans see first hand what happened at the original Bundy Ranch standoff for which Eric J. Parker is serving time for, I present the following video.
In the video below, you’ll see the Bundy clan praying together, men women and children together. You’ll also hear a BLM agent say they had authorization to fire on the militia, despite there being women and children cooking out there, and by around the 5:30 mark, while your stomach is in your throat from fear, you’ll see the MIRACLE that allowed the standoff to end peacefully.

DESPITE BEING STARVED AND TORTURED HIMSELF, WITHOUT REGARD FOR HIS OWN WELL-BEING, AMMON BUNDY HAS TAKEN A BRAVE STEP BY OFFERING TO PLEAD GUILTY IF THE REST OF THE CHARGES AGAINST THE OTHER PROTESTORS ARE DROPPED…
The leader of the armed group that took over a federal wildlife reserve in Oregon reportedly offered to plead guilty to federal criminal charges if other protesters were let go and relieved of their charges.
According to the Oregonian, federal prosecutors ultimately rejected Ammon Bundy’s offer to plead guilty to a federal conspiracy charge, which was made about three days after he was arrested. Bundy led more than two-dozen armed individuals when they took over the Malhuer National Wildlife Refuge in Burns, Oregon this past January, an occupation that lasted 41 days.
At the time his offer was made, the occupation of the reserve was still ongoing, though 26 others were eventually charged over the incident.
In a court motion seeking to delay filing deadlines in Bundy’s trial, the 40-year-old’s attorney Mike Arnold said Bundy “was willing to sacrifice his broader interests and risk his liberty for his fellow protesters.”

Arnold said that Bundy has been unable to efficiently prepare for a trial because he had to move between Oregon and Nevada over the past month, where is dealing with another indictment over his involvement in a 2014 standoff with federal officials at his father’s ranch.
During his time in Nevada, Bundy was trying to prepare for his case in Oregon, taking extensive notes even as he was held in solitary confinement and deprived of meals, the motion reads. However, as he was preparing to travel to Oregon, US Marshals confiscated his notes. Those notes will be delivered back to Bundy, the Oregonian reported.
Now, Arnold wants a 30-day delay in the case. If they can’t get that, they want to see him tried as quickly as possible, before the other defendants’ cases move forward.
“If Mr. Bundy is unable to meaningfully and fairly engage in credible and diligent pretrial litigation and motion practice … while the government piles terabytes of discovery data here and pursues a separate but related prosecution in Nevada, there is no purpose served whatsoever in the prolonged pretrial incarceration of himself and his colleagues here in Oregon who all share (along with their families) its attendant hardships,” the motion reads.
Whenever Bundy’s trial does take place, his legal team has already previewed that its defense strategy will hinge on the argument that the federal government doesn’t actually have jurisdiction of federal land.
“The land that is now the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge was not always ‘federal land’,” Bundy’s attorney Lissa Casey wrote in a motion filed last week. “The federal government relinquished that land when it was previously deeded and homesteaded, thus relinquishing jurisdiction. It was mainly through property acquisition from the original deed holders that created this vast area now considered the wildlife refuge.”
Essentially, the argument will be that once Oregon became a state, the federal government lost its right to own land inside of it.
However, many legal scholars have expressed doubt over Bundy’s argument. They point to the property clause in the US Constitution, which grants the federal government jurisdiction over federal property, as well as several Supreme Court cases on the subject that ruled in favor of the government.
Additionally, one Supreme Court case from 1935 actually deals specifically with the Malheur reserve, and it ruled that the government has control over the property.
“The unmistakable legal reality is that a series of solid, indisputable US Supreme Court cases establishes that the federal government is constitutionally empowered to own land, [and] control that land through federal statutes and regulations as it sees fit,” wrote Willamette University Law Professor Susan Smith in a January analysis of the situation.
As Freedom Outpost goes on to say:
Convicting these men… who never fired a shot, who didn’t hurt anyone, who didn’t incite violence, who acted defensively… could set a precedent to widen the potential overreach and rubber stamp unlawful actions on the part of Federal agencies. Convictions could make it easier for the government to associate anyone who stands up to tyranny with a similar avalanche of litigation.
Conspiracy statutes are the friend of the government. They can be applied broadly and to absurd extents. In this case, men who traveled to protest lawless actions on the part of Federal agencies are now accused of participating in a conspiracy with the Bundy Family. Why? Because they showed up and acted defensively when they believed that innocent protesters could be subjected to lethal force. If they obtain convictions, the only question left to be asked is, “Who’s next?” Make no mistake, this will embolden the Government to come after others for less than what these men are charged.
These men are political prisoners of a Federal government that feeds on a glut of its own Constitutionally invalid power. As this article is being read, legal maneuvers are being exacted that will make it easier for the US Attorneys to obtain convictions against these men.

In the first video, Ammon Bundy looks a lot lot thinner than he was in the top picture of him, before his detention. He’s dropped a lot in weight..
Pointing out the obvious, if you are blinkered into believing you did not own your land pre the formation of the western states of America and establish squatting rights as tenants from the Spanish crown in a Spanish court proving it.
