Illegal Electromagnetic Warfare and Navy Seal “War Games” Taking Place on US Soil
On January 18th, I published a post titled, Navy Seals Told To Treat Public As “Enemies” or “Potential Terrorist” Amid January “Training Exercise.” In that post, it revealed that the Obama administration had once again “gone around” both Navy and federal regulations (code for broke the law), and infuriated local residents of Oregon because of the plans to have U.S. Navy Seals operating covertly within the citizenry of Oregon.
The reason for the uproar? Because the alleged “training exercise” is set to continue for the next two years, with facts surrounding the “training” obscured in a fog of lies, and the true motives of the “training” unknown. What is known about the Navy Seal “training exercise” is what can be gleaned from official Navy Documents:
The war games will be conducted in residential areas, state parks, and national parks without public consent. The war games are to treat U.S. citizens as pawns due to orders to the SEALS to treat citizens as “potential terrorists”.
The documents (all linked to below) reveal that the Seal training up the entire coast of Washington State is intended to somehow normalize the idea that U.S. citizens can be enemies of the United States government. The war games suggest a future where many more military exercises run roughshod over public spaces and soldiers simulate how citizens could pose a danger to the military. WHY WOULD WE BE CONSIDERED A “DANGER” IF THEY ARE “PROTECTING” US?
It’s important to note that Obama’s Navy circumvented the process for the training on U.S. lands, so that the public would not be able to object to them. Allegedly the Navy excluded clandestine trainings from regulations requiring environmental impact statements. “Peace parks” in Washington would be violated by the military during these “drills.” More on those regulations, and the impact of the drills environmentally can be found in the links below).
In the video below, I provide a breakdown of what can be found within this post about the new Navy Seal “exercises,” the electromagnetic warfare training “exercises” also being conducted, how neither is being done with the consent of the citizens, and why all this is so important. Last week, while a guest on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory Geopolitical Mastermind Craig B. Hulet revealed more about what might as well be termed… Jade Helm 2.0. For those who don’t know who Craig B. Hulet is, he is the author of “The Hydra of Carnage,” and he’s a consultant for various geopolitical business and security issues, including terrorism, military affairs, and he’s a man Oliver Stone calls, “one of the brightest guys in the nation with an insightful mind and a wealth of knowledge.”
Since 2014, the people of the Pacific Northwest have voiced their opposition to the Navy’s expansion of its electromagnetic training warfare training area in the Pacific Northwest, which we now know based on official U.S. Navy documents linked below, includes an additional 85 Growler Aircraft (pictured below), and over an additional 100 mobile electromagnetic emitters.

In the second video below, in an interview with Craig Hulet, George Noory says expect to get knocked clean out of your chair if you’re sitting in one. Before getting to the new Navy Seal operation, Craig Hulet begins the interview by explaining the expansion of the Navy’s electromagnetic warfare training area that he’s been fighting for the last two years.
Craig was actually in attendance at one of the earliest meetings between the local citizens and the military, where he asked military officials about precisely “who” is expected be driving the 100 new mobile electromagnetic emitters (pictured below) expected to be operating in the region. He asked if the drivers would be rank and file military members, officers, or worse… not even members of the military?

The answer: Worse – those positions would be outsourced to groups like Blackwater (or whatever name they go by these days to try to fool people), who are accountable to no one, least of all the American people or Congress.

As Craig says in the interview, and as I have said for the 4 years I’ve been writing, there are NO SUCH THING AS COINCIDENCES in politics or the military, and NOTHING happens in a vacuum. By the second statement about nothing happening in a vacuum, I am referring to the those who easily dismiss articles published by the alternative media for not being credibly enough or too conspiratorial. To that I say the following:
Any time a “single” story is viewed independent of all others, regardless who the writer is, or what site is publishing is, any “conspiratorial angle” can seem silly, and the story itself can seem innocuous enough. Here is the reality: NOTHING happens in a vacuum. That is why all of my posts have anywhere between 15 and sometimes up to FIFTY supporting articles.
That means any one of them could be wrong, as I don’t profess to have all the answers, all I hope to accomplish is open peoples’ eyes as to how ridiculous the stories we are given by the mainstream media are. What CANNOT be ignored however, by anyone with an IQ over 6, is that when viewed as a whole, all those harmless stories viewed in a vacuum no longer look quite so harmless. In fact, they look downright nefarious and evil with whatever is “really” going on.

Recently, you have seen me post on the possible third term by Barack Obama should Hillary ultimately be indicted. At no point have I suggested Obama would run for office again, but always rather hinted at the fact Obama will declare Martial Law prior to his term ending. Just last week it was Republicans in the Senate like McConnell and Graham who drafted legislation to declare Martial Law, officially suspending the Constitution and making Obama the emperor he’s longed to be for seven years.
Adding to the belief their intent was malevolent is the fact that the legislation was drafted the night before the blizzard when Capital Hill was barren, and deliberately “hidden” using the sneaky Senate Rule 14, allowing McConnell to keep the bill under wraps until a time of his closing, and then out of nowhere spring it on the Senate body for a vote, MOST LIKELY after some pre-planned false flag.

To those out there who followed “Operation Jade Helm” from start to finish this past year, then I don’t need to remind you how troubling all the United States military’s new rules of engagement are for while operating on U.S. soil. First of all, the United States military should NOT be acting on our soil at all, and for the last 137 years “pre-Obama,” they haven’t been permitted to. The Posse Comitatus Act is:
A United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878 by President Rutherford B. Hayes. The purpose of the act – in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807 – is to limit the powers of the federal government in using federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States.

Included in those “New Rules” ALREADY CODIFIED INTO LAW are the ability for the military to shoot unarmed American citizens protesting the government, and killing “journalists” on site if need be. Both are outlined below. The federal act that prohibited the U.S. military from policing it’s own citizens was removed by Obama. Now, the Army claims exemption from Posse Comitatus in the four following areas:
10 USC 331. When a state is unable to control domestic violence and they have requested federal assistance, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
10 USC 332. When ordinary enforcement means are unworkable due to unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
10 USC 333. When a state cannot or will not protect the constitutional rights of the citizens, due to domestic violence or conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.
House Joint Resolution 1292. This resolution directs all departments of the U.S. government, upon request of the Secret Service, to assist in carrying out its statutory duties to protect government officials and major political candidates from physical harm.
With regard to 10 USC 331, if the local authorities have lost control in the midst of a profound display of domestic violence (e.g. LA Riots), most Americans support the use of National Guard or the military. However, in 10 USC 332, 333 and House Joint Resolution 1292 are ripe with exceptions which open the door to federal authorities abusing the public for exercising their Constitutional right to protest.
In 10 USC 332, the phrase “unlawful obstructions or rebellion against the authority of the United States, use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized,” permits the federal government from being demonstrated against. An act of demonstration, or the most benign demonstrations of civil disobedience gives the government the authority to take “deadly action” against the public because there are no clear distinctions on when the use of lethal and nonlethal force is appropriate.
In 10 USC 333, any disruption of federal law can be decisively dealt with by the federal government. The phrase “…conspiracy to hinder execution of State or Federal law, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized” is a telling passage of this Army document.
My personal favorite is the party about peaceful protesters protesting the government can be ventilated:
“An act of demonstration, or the most benign demonstrations of civil disobedience gives the government the authority to take “deadly action” against the public because there are no clear distinctions on when the use of lethal and nonlethal force is appropriate.”
Yell “Conspiracy Theorist” all you want. The actual law can be read with your own two eyes. Unites States Code 332 (10 U.S. Code § 332)
There have also been changes at the Pentagon that give the Army the authority to Classify Journalists as ‘Belligerents’ Who Can Be Shot on Sight If Need Be. When might that be necessary? Oh, I don’t know… maybe when people are spreading truth via alternative forms of media, because the mainstream media is so in bed with the government… As a classic example, right now the FBI Is Attempting to Shut Down Alternative Forms of Media With Regard to the Oregon Standoff (Listen to a Recorded Call).

Funny thing- Sirius X M satellite radio was out for a couple of days over the 12/31 weekend in a large part of the Northeast and Sirius claimed NO knowledge of it and refused to even talk about it. Dry Run ?
