With all this talk about martial law, Walmarts, and secret underground bases with tunnels and railway systems connecting them, you can be SURE the cost to establish such an underground network was out of this world! From the Paulding County Investigation, we are told the following about the tunnels:
In order to further protect the homeland and ensure the safety of it’s citizens in case of nuclear, biological, or chemical attack, a join venture of the NSA, DOD, MiB, DHS, CICs, DFCS, and BK has been created in order to create an expansive tunnel system throughout the south. These tunnels will also serve as conduits for national defense to rapidly move troops, supplies, and armor throughout the nation between strategic topographical locations.

An entire slew of mysterious deaths surround Jade Helm 15 state Wal-Marts where at least 4 decomposing bodies have been found within a month’s period of time in Texas and Oklahoma in at least 5 different incidents. The latest case getting mainstream media attention from this Daily Mail story shares of a Colorado father of five who ‘disappeared’ after spending $300 at a southern California Wal-Mart. With so many mysterious deaths surrounding Jade Helm 15 states, as well as strange things happening at various Wal-Marts around the couontry, we’re offered a ‘conspiratorial’ look into a mysterious Wal-Mart tunnel system detailed below that lead us to ask if these tunnel systems will soon be used to ‘quickly make people disappear out of public eye’, to never be seen again, giving ‘black sites’ a whole new meaning as the ‘red list’ is taken underground? ‘If they check you in, can you ever leave?’
SO WHAT IS GOING ON?
With Wal-Marts in several Jade Helm 15 states mysteriously closing for at least 6 months and the mystery now deeper as we learn of an underground Wal-Mart tunnel system project launched along with the Department of Homeland Security and NSA involving hundreds of stores and the creation of a system of underground tunnels throughout the country which they say were designed to ‘further protect the homeland and ensure the safety of its’ citizens in case of nuclear, biological or chemical attacks.’
ITS CITIZENS OR ITS POLITICIANS???
We also learn here that the joint-venture tunnels will serve as conduits for national defense to rapidly move troops, supplies and armor throughout the nation between strategic locations in the southern portions of America. We can also imagine that if and when gun confiscations take place, human cattle will likely be moved through these tunnels.
PAULDING COUNTY, GEORGIA, IS SAID TO BE THE CENTRAL LOCATION OF THE PROJECT. YORKVILLE, GEORGIA IS TO BE A TERMINUS OF SORTS FOR THE HUBS!
Wal-Mart’s involvement in the project has not yet been officially commented on, but it is generally perceived that Wal-Marts in these areas are staging areas for the tunnel project.

Viral Tater reports the followings quote from a former US Navy SEAL regarding the secret tunnels:
“The tunnels are ALREADY IN PLACE. They are using the 6 MONTHS, which brings us into SEPTEMBER, to clear the places out and configure them for supply depots, communication hubs and pre-processing centers.”
It is to be noted that this project is under a great deal of scrutiny by those who live near the ongoing construction project. Analysts do not believe the project will be available for public use, and will not be publicly acknowledged (rumors of usage by NASA for it’s installation in Huntsville, AL have been found to be true).
While the ‘Official Walmart Tunnels of Paulding County Investigation’ tells us that Walmart’s involvement in the project had yet to be officially commented on, a number of Walmart’s throughout the South were to be hubs of the project as shared in the new video below from DAHBOO777.

The tunneling project is a joint venture involving the National Security Agency, CIA, FBI, MiB, Homeland Security & a few other groups that are buried in the Congressional Intelligence Committees with some weird acronyms no one really understands. According to the information available, there are several reasons for the project: 1) Homeland Security NEEDS A SYSTEM OF RAPID DEPLOYMENT in the South, free of traffic; 2) certain gov’t agencies want an easy connection route with other gov’t installations in the South; 3) there is a move on in the intelligence community to begin MORE EFFICIENT USE OF THE UNDERGROUND RAIL already in place at Lockheed in Marietta; 4) PAULDING IS A CENTRAL LOCATION for the complete project that will eventually connect installations in Anniston, AL; Macon, GA; Lockheed in Marietta; Lookout Mtn, TN; Greenville-Spartanburg, SC; & Raleigh-Durham, NC; 5) the Yorkville area of Paulding has been designated as the prime location for these HUBS TO COME TOGETHER because of geological preference; 6) the addition of new Walmart facilities in NW GA give spur hubs & depots EASY ACCESS TO LARGE AREAS that can be partitioned off for moving of very large equipment & large numbers of people in case of national emergency.

Is Walmart connecting to the US underground tunnel network? Speculation is mounting after Walmart’s shocking and abrupt decision to shut down 5 of its stores, each for 6 months, in 4 different states (Pico Rivera, CA; Midland, TX; Livingston, TX; Tulsa, OK; Brandon, FL). Apparently, employees were given only 5 hours notice. They were also given 60 days severance pay. The official excuse given by Walmart is plumbing problems, which is sheer nonsense. It does not take 6 months to repair a few toilets, or even to replace a sewer line. In fact, Walmart could erect an entire new store within that time frame! Giant corporations run on greed and profits; it is unthinkable that they would willingly forgo 6 months of revenue for such a small problem. So what’s really going on? Is Walmart perhaps preparing for some massive event due to come? Are they connecting to the US underground tunnel system?

The Enmeshment of Walmart and the Corporate US Government
Before answering that, it’s worthwhile taking a closer look at Walmart’s massive place in today’s American society. Fascism as defined by former Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, was the merging of corporate and governmental power, and was more aptly called CORPORATISM. That’s what the US (and other Western powers) are today: corporate fascist empires. The US is literally a corporation; the “United States”, the “United States of America” and all other synonyms have all been trademarked, incorporated terms since 1871. Additionally, we know that the elite controllers at the top of the pyramid use the revolving door to switch between the private and public arenas as it suits them. Many top executives working at big firms go into government to regulate the very industry and companies they were just involved with! Examples of this are copious. Remember too that many top firms actually drive US policy, such as Monsanto driving US foreign policy regarding France and its anti-GMO position!
In my post titled, AMERICA: ON THE BRINK OF LOSING CONSTITUTIONAL FORM OF GOVERNMENT, I went over the difference between a Democracy, which the United States has NEVER been, and a Constitutional Republic, which we were founded as. Many Americans could not tell you the difference between the two, and who can blame them? The Department of Indoctrination… sorry… I mean Department of Education is removing civics from the classrooms, and dumbing the kids down so bad I am waiting till the day I hear that Beavis and Butthead are now ROLE MODELS!?!?! Anyway, in that post I also mention that we’re technically NEITHER these days! As the previous paragraph points out, THE UNITED STATES IS NOW AN OLIGARCHY!
From that perspective, then, it comes as no surprise to discover that Walmart and the US Government are already enmeshed. This video of former DHS head Janet Napolitano shows how Walmart already had a deal with the DHS, and helped it spread its fear propaganda message to the public to be suspicious of each other – and of course to report anything suspicious to your local, friendly Walmart manager. US troops overseas in Yemen may have taken control of a Walmart store there by force (as reported by Sorcha Faal).

Walmart could well be gearing up to become a governmental Distribution Center in an emergency (created or otherwise) or in a martial law scenario. In that kind of situation, Walmart could be the hub (like Camp FEMA) where people are being sent to be FORCED VACCINATED, where dissidents and activists are being sent to be FORCIBLY DETAINED, or (I hope it would never come to this) where the public is being sent to be FORCED MICROCHIPPED. It also unsurprising to those who are paying attention that Walmart (in this video) is using local police to guard its perimeter – further proof that Walmart is joined at the hip with the Federal Government, and also evidence that Walmart is hiding something pretty big.
Could Walmart Be Connecting Itself to the Underground Tunnel Network?
Phil Schneider was a brave whistleblower who had firsthand knowledge of America’s vast underground tunnel network. He personally worked in the DUMBs (Deep Underground Military Bases). Due to his courage in speaking out, he was “suicided”. However, thanks to him and others, we know the underground tunnel network is extensive; we know it connects to the New World Order airport of Denver, Colorado; and we know thanks to other truthtellers like Steven Kelley that these underground tunnels don’t just connect to military bases and installations; they also connect to the rich houses of the elite (Kelley talks about the underground tunnels connecting to houses and the Getty Museum surrounding Los Angeles in this video). Other people have captured great videos of truck drivers entering the underground tunnel network with supplies.
Given that, there is ample reason to believe that Walmart could be connecting its stores to the underground tunnel network. Take a look at this map, which overlays the 5 closed Walmart stores, and a rough map of what we believe is the existing underground tunnel system underneath American soil:

Why Now? Why So Abruptly?
Although it’s feasible to believe that Walmart is connecting to the underground tunnel network, as other military installations, military bases, airports and private elite houses have done, there is still a lot of mystery surrounding the event. Why now? Why so abruptly? Why couldn’t they have planned this out so as not to draw so much attention?
At this stage we can only speculate. Hopefully some activists can pierce the police guard and capture more photos. However, it could well indicate that a large event is coming down the pipeline.

COULD THIS BE WHERE THE MISSING MONEY WENT?
When government is completely dysfunctional and seems not to serve the people’s interests, we have to wonder where our tax dollars are going. Thanks to a Reuters investigation by Scot Paltrow, we have an answer—or, rather, a non-answer. Apparently, the Pentagon has made use of $8.5 trillion of our tax money handed over by Congress since 1996—but don’t ask what was done with the money. The Department of Defense doesn’t have a clue.
Audits of all federal agencies were mandated by law beginning in 1996, but the Pentagon is unique in never having complied. In almost 20 years, the Pentagon has never accounted for trillions it spent, in part because “plugging”—fudging the numbers—is standard operating procedure.
According to the investigation, employees of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, the Pentagon’s primary accounting agency, were routinely told by superiors to take “unsubstantiated change actions.” These plugs—which amounted to falsifying the books—were used to bring the military’s figures in line with the Treasury’s when discrepancies couldn’t be traced and accounted for. According to DFAS employee, Linda Woodford, “A lot of times there were issues of numbers being inaccurate. We didn’t have the detail . . . for a lot of it.” This so-called plugging isn’t unique to DFAS—when it comes to resolving lost or missing information, it’s just business as usual in every branch of the service.
When it was announced that the military’s budget would be cut by $52 billion in 2014, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel had a fit, telling a defense conference: “[The cuts are] too deep, too steep, and too abrupt. This is an irresponsible way to govern and it forces the department into a very bad set of choices.” This is quite befuddling to the rest of us, as the $581 billion budget that year was more than the total of the next 10 biggest spenders combined—including Russia, China, and even Saudi Arabia (whose military budget made up 10.7% of their total GDP). In fact, the US budget was a full one-third of the entire amount spent on defense worldwide. If the DoD is this concerned about losing money to budget cuts, perhaps it should consider tackling its own systemic irresponsibility and discern what, precisely, $8.5 trillion in taxpayer funds has already paid for.
Many of the problems occurred in simple bookkeeping errors rather than actual financial losses. This was the case of one Columbus, Ohio DFAS office whose duplicate entries across multiple ledgers led to errors in financial reports for the Air Force in 2009, totaling $1.59 trillion—trillion—including $538 billion for plugs, which amounts to roughly 8 times what was allotted for the entire Air Force budget that year.
But the errors and manipulated numbers, though obviously problems in their own right, simply compound the issue for a Defense Department that seemingly has no control over its excessive spending habits.
The Defense Logistics Agency is responsible for supplying just about everything imaginable for the DoD. As Paltrow puts it, “everything from airplane parts to zippers for uniforms.” Speaking in a meeting with aviation industry executives in 2013, DLA director and Navy Vice Admiral Mark Harnitchek explained, “We have about $14 billion in inventory for lots of reasons, and probably half of that is excess to what we need.” But it keeps buying more—often adding to inventory of which there is already a surplus.
In one example, the DLA had stockpiled 15,000 Humvee front suspensions as of 2008, which is the equivalent of a 14 year supply. Yet somehow between 2010-2012, defying both logic and prudence entirely, the agency purchased 7,437 more of those same parts—at significantly higher cost than those already gathering dust on warehouse shelves—at a time when demand had been cut in half.
CLASSIC!
As of September 2012, the DLA and military had already ordered $733 million in duplicates of existing supernumerary supplies, which was a 21% increase from the $609 million it spent on the same asinine duplication the previous year. All this stuff makes a comprehensive inventory impossible, and a worker in the DLA’s largest warehouse explained there is no system for verifying that items are stored correctly or even to track or estimate how much is lost to employee theft.
These examples only touch on the enormity of the Pentagon’s mystical record-keeping, poor decision-making, and insanely wasteful spending problems. Taken in another context, they represent an acute criticism of priorities.
As of 2013, there were 45.3 million people, including 14.7 million children, living in poverty in the US—14.5% of the population, which is the largest number in the 52 years such statistics have been kept. But instead of focusing sharp criticism on the causes for such an outrageous number, politicians target “wasteful” spending by food stamp recipients by passing into law prohibitions for purchasing items like steak. But if members of Congress find a steak wasteful, what about 22,437 superfluous Humvee front ends?
Hey, government: you’re doing it wrong.
